Great mixture of Europe & Fair Warning, plus the added bonus of the excellent Mikael Erlandsson. Material wise pretty much what you would expect, with the listed line up - Nothing totally spectacular, just Good solid Melodic rock. Production wise pretty good aswell, although the drum sound isn't the most sonically pleasing i have ever heard. Overall recommended

From: ROB GARCIA Date: February 26, 2004 at 17:16
wow! another supergroup comin' your way!.totally agree with jez description of the band, this is very much like europe's prisoners album with some touches of fair warning.just like jez said being a supergroup the material could've been of a higher quality but still this is a very enjoyable release in its own merits.this is one of those albums that i see myself listening to it on a regular basis.worth picking up!.

From: zino il tino Date: March 16, 2004 at 15:59
just another rubbish from this italian label. They just manage old tapes selling them as the new sensation. Poor artwork, poor music. Save your money

From: MAURICIO Date: April 20, 2004 at 20:14
HI-FROM COSTARICA , IN MY OPINION I WOULD LIKE TO SAY ABOUT THIS ALBUM,I LIKE ITS A GREAT MIXTURE OF EUROPE /TREAT/ DA VINCI. REALLY IS THE 600F EUROPE MEMBERS.THIS WOULD BE THE NEXT EUROPE STUDIO ALBUM.GREAT SONGS,GREAT HARMONIES,BUT THERES SOMETHING STRANGE IN THE SOUND OF THIS RECORD THE DRUMS.WOULD BEEN RECORED THE DRUMSOUND SO MUCH BETTER .HIGHLY RECOMMENDEED.AND I WOULD LIKE TO DEDICATE THE SONG THE ONE TO MY DEAR CLAUDIA.

From: pablo Date: May 7, 2004 at 13:36
Gran trabajo de Hard AOR tipicamente escandinavo de influencias 80,s lo mejor sin duda es su gran vocalista mikael erlandsson

From: VEGASMETAL Date: July 9, 2004 at 17:59
When are morons like ZINO (who probably listens to cookie monster death vomits) gonna learn that the BEST Melodic Hard Rock / AOR bands are on the Frontiers / MTM labels?? Just accept it and SHUTUP. This particular release is another killer slice of AOR.

From: AOR freaky Date: July 10, 2004 at 6:05
Most of you consider me as the asshole on this site, but I only give my opinion about bands and their music. There is one person who has a personal vendetta against Frontiers Records, his name : zino il tino. Personally I call him mr. zero ! He's so negative. He,mr. zero, I bet you don't like the new Stan Bush CD 'Shine', although it's seen as one of very best AOR albums in years. But it is on Frontiers, my friend !, so you have to dislike it ! Grow up, man. By the way, this is a good record !!!

From: TIM (2) Date: July 12, 2004 at 4:35
Actually (and I usually try not to be too negative!), I don't really like this very much. I love Fair Warning and Europe, and Erlandsson's stuff, but something is missing here. It's all nicely played and the songs are reasonable, but given the artists involved I expected a lot more. My Jap version has 'Pictures of Love' as a bonus track (from the 2nd Fair Warning album) which is the best track by a distance. It's standard melodic rock, no frills. 6/10.

From: Jonny_B Date: September 3, 2004 at 16:28
Last Autumn's Dream can be best described as Europe without Joey Tempest...or, best described as Europe without great vocals or 900f Europe's awesome songwriting. (Tempest did write, or contribute, to most of the Europe songs.) Very average, and I don't care for this vocalist at all. I'll save my money and wait for the Europe comeback album.

From: Wotty Date: September 3, 2004 at 16:38
To Jonny.I am in semi-agreement with you.I like this CD and I rate Erlandsson as a vocalist, but the album promised more than it deliversd which was a shame....

From: Geoff Date: September 5, 2004 at 2:29
I'd feel awful calling this a horrible release, but I'm almost inclined to say as much. Simply the most average AOR release I ever laid ears upon. A few of the songs really are not that bad, but it is such an unoriginal vibe and CD. Very, very average and pretty damn close to below average.

From: MelodicBoy Date: November 12, 2004 at 21:15
I don't think this blows me away or anything, but it has grown on me. I have no problem with the singer, and the material sounds pretty solid to me. It's not groundbreaking, but I'm not sorry I bought it or anything.

From: AYREON Date: December 13, 2004 at 17:23
SIMPLY GREAT BUR EUROPE RULES. ZINO IS A FUCKING SUCKER. 8 OVER 10

From: z4roxx Date: December 21, 2004 at 23:30
'TALK TO ME'ONE OF THE BEST AOR SONG EVR HEARD!!!TOTALLY THE CD SOUNDS FINE FOR ME,WITH SOME KILLER TRACKS,BUT THE N.6 IS OVER THE TOP,MARVELLOUS!!THEY REMANDS ME IN THAT SONG TO CZAKAN....

From: Steve Date: March 24, 2005 at 19:58
A pretty solid and pure melodic hard rock, a cross between Europe and Fair Warning, there're several outstanding ballads, the musicianship is awesome. The only flaw I spotted is the sound of the drums. Overall, this is a must-have CD for any classic hard rock fans out there. A toast to Erlandsson and companies for bringing another good music in 2004.

From: SangreAzulForever Date: September 22, 2005 at 18:39
Outstanding new material from this incredible band. The best of all is the singer. The problem with this band is the same as many others; their debut is spectacular but their later albums go down in flames... 8/10

From: z4roxx Date: October 16, 2005 at 10:53
I did want to poste a comment about Crash, the other band who sung M.Erlandsson but there isn’t on the site, yet.BTW is a recommend cd,not so good the production but very good arrangements and songs in general. But what a strange voice this M.Erlandsson, sometimes is awesome(especially in ballads)and sometimes is pretty ridicoulus,I don t know why???!!!

From: z4roxx Date: October 30, 2005 at 10:56
I recommend the second M.Erlansson solo cd called"the gift",a great example of modern melodick rock with catchy and good melodies!!!Buy it,better than the first solo cd!!!

From: Lovedrive Date: January 6, 2006 at 16:17
Me gusta la voz, pero las canciones ni fu nifa... eso sí, Blink of an Eye es un temazo!

From: juan carlos Date: November 1, 2006 at 19:40

From: rick kerch vzla Date: June 27, 2007 at 23:26

From: rick kerch vzla Date: June 27, 2007 at 23:29
que ama y respeta este genero,el aor,en cuestion.10/10

From: Kiquerocks Date: April 27, 2008 at 7:57
I see many negative comments and I just can't believe. To me this album is simply fantastic, not all songs are killers but I cant see the fillers either. Great vocals and good guitars. I have both(european and Jap) versions and track number 2 is the only difference...good track in both cases. 5,4, 10, 7,6, 1, 11 also are real good melodicrock songs. 92/100

From: Japangea Date: August 29, 2008 at 23:15
Take a listen to somewhen in Autumn in the aftermoon on Sunday while it rains.....then you can feel something wet in your eyes.

From: rick kerch vzla Date: April 15, 2010 at 18:25
Great album with a great singer, excellent songs ala AOR old school and with a dosage of Melodic Rock.."Never Let You Go" is a killer track and the voice of Mikael is just perfect for this type of music..buy!.100/100

From: rick kerch vzla Date: March 21, 2011 at 20:41
add to that another finest moments such as "Again & Again"(catchy),"Break The Chains(Of Destiny)","Blink Of An Eye"(nice mid tempo),"The One"(nice),"Movin' On"(nice),"Going Home"(nice)& the bonus track "Pictures Of Love"(which for me is along with "Never let You Go")are the 2 best ones...probably not an album to be rated with a 100 like i did recently but a 91/100 will be more suitable...

From: 123charpenay Date: January 16, 2022 at 19:52
i ve a big problem with this band.i hate the voice of the singer.always the same,no difference between the songs always always always the same..............all songs are the same .......boring.............
