One of Metal Mayhem's up coming releases is by a band called Bitter Suite, different band all together but just as good!! That's right this band sound like Paradise's Light The Fire. It will sure be a huge hit in the Melodic Rock/Hard Rock circles. It's great to see the hard rock industry on its way back:-)

Although I still prefer the mighty Rock Candy release this is a great one and I must thank all who are responsible for it's release. Great commercial hard rock - and 2 CDs of it! Great songs everywhere and a great addition to any commercial hard rock loving fiend's collection. Awesome stuff!

Don't see or hear what's special about this ! Just one of the hundreds of records made in this genre ! Straight ahead rock, and nothing more ! No hooks, little melody ! Just average, very average !

This stuff is very good, and far from average... I am glad Joe released this, as it's very much in the vein of Rack Candy, Raquel, and even hints of Child's Play... AWESOME release of cuts that never saw the light of day that should have had a shot over many bands that did. RECOMMENDED!

Not bad at all.Good musicianship but not great.Definately 80's style approach.Production isn't bad either.Has that 80's style look to them as well.

excellent commercial hard rock release from back in the day!it reminds me of Tyketto ,Danger Danger and Lillian Axe and suggest you buy it immediately!fantastic guitar work ,excellent songwriting and the right commercial approach is all over both cds.highlights are "bought&sold-love fade away","like the wind" and "down to the wire"!87-92 was the golden era of hard rock music and BITERSWEET justify this 100%
