It would help anyone before listening to this if they appreciated his previous solo albums, you may then have a clue as to where he is coming from with this release!!!!I seriously loved 'Beyond The Thunder',one of my favourite instrumental albums, and while this is not quite as good, it is still highly recommended. It is pretty varied throughout, and features some sublime melodies, and of course the guitar work throughout is fabulous. Delete the above Rubbish statement and add Excellent instead. |

As usual, why on earth should my opinion on this record be deleted. I'm only warning the people : this is instrumental RUBBISH from a great artist ! Tastes differ, when are you going to accept this, Jez ! ? |

Maybe if you explained why it was rubbish (if you can). I try to give a reason behind my opinions, ie trying to be constructive and compare it to other things/past releases etc - then maybe people can make a judged decision of weather to give it a go or not. If you don't like it fine, but just saying this is rubbish is a crap way of describing a cd. People want more information than that. |

This is a great listen for those who love pre-Perry Schon. Those who are used to Journey may not find this enjoyable. |

I don't agree with the "rubbish" opinion. Although I'm not into instrumental music, this album delivers very emotional guitar playing and some kind of sentimental mood, although the songs are not at all slow... I enjoyed it. |

This is definitely one of the finest instrumental albums I have heard. Blue Passion and The Chamber are my favourite tracks. |
