The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Burn CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from Burn are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

I really enjoyed the first Burn release "So Far So Bad" , but this one takes it up a notch. Big, catchy Bon Jovi-like choruses abound on this CD; as a matter of fact, these guys sound more like Bon Jovi than Bon Jovi do nowadays! "First Time", "Workin' Man", and "Wanted Man" are my faves, but I really enjoy the whole disc. As with the first release, if you're looking for originality, this ain't it...if you want good melodic hard rock, you've found it!

This abum for me is nowhere near on par with their debut. Still a good effort though! The production is what's lacking...The songs are still catchy but maybe more mature sounding than the previous effort. Jeff does sound like JBJ as I stated on "so far so bad" which is a great asset to the sound. Whiplash pretty much summed it up in a nutshell but for me the gear was taken down a notch. Still a worthy purchase though if you can find it. If you liked their debut then you'll like this. Nuff said!

I think I probably just slightly prefer the debut from these guys, but if you like straight ahead hard rock, give these guys a go. Production is pretty thin on both CDs but not bad at all, and these guys have spirit and a bit of fire in 'em. I like it, and recommend both discs.

Not quite as good as the excellent debut, but if you liked the first one, you won't feel burned if you buy this one as well. The band is still better than many of the overhyped indies, but this sophomore album is missing just a little bit of the spark that made the debut so good. That said, it's still good stuff in that 80s Bon Jovi vein (without the big budget production), brimming with catchy hooks & sing-along choruses. An A- for the debut and a B+ for this only-slightly-inferior follow-up.
