OK 77/100 2ND CD by this side-project GERMAN HARD FM/AOR with Carsten SCHULZex-DOMAIN-MR HATE-EVIDENCE ONE-ANGEL OF EDEN like an average version of EVIDENCE ONE/FRONTLINE nothing spectacular !

I was actually really impressed with this. The debut was nice, but not great. This is much more consistent. I agree with the above review that this is nowhere near as good as Frontline, but I actually think this is 100% better than Evidence One or recent Domain. In fact, this is the best CD I've heard Shultz on since, perhaps, 'One million light years from home' by Domain. Very good, solid uptempo melodic hard rock disc on offer here, with a killer cover version of 'Danger Zone' to top it off.

I got this after hearing the track "Behind My Eyes" and was very impressed. Although it's not the best cd i've come across so far this year, it is still high quality melodic rock. All the musicians here are great and the overall sound is good too. I think that this band is well worth checking out if ppl haven't already, if you get chance to hear the aforementioned track then do.

There are good songs on this ,but not gonna be a classic for sure.

A step up from previous album.Better songs and production.Cover song Danger Zone is super as The Wild Boys on previous.Carsten Schultz is great as on his Evidence One albums.

Good Melodic HardRock album, typical German MHR i'd say and more of the same, i'm a bit affraid about it... if you love Evidence One/Jaded Heart then this is for you.. "Afraid of Love" is my favorite track, "Shelter from the Storm" is a total filler to me. Good cover version of "Danger Zone"(Kenny Loggins). 80/100

From: hair metal again Date: August 26, 2019 at 8:03
very good release for MIDNITE CLUB with the JADED HEART similarities being obvious!commercial hard rock the German way with big guitars ,keys and choruses !Carsten has always been a talented songwriter and with songs like "afraid of love","memories for sale"and "shelter from the storm" he proves the above!recommended of course
