If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Alien CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from Alien are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

It's a great pleasure to be the first one to comment about the new album of one of the best AOR bands in history and my all-time favourite AOR band! Overall Alien plays a heavier sound here, with heavier guitars, without losing their signature melodies and catchy choruses. First three songs are the heavier ones. There's some great guitar riffs and solos it. Then track #4 is more a traditional Alien song with some more keyboards. Track #4 is also a heavier one and Tony Borg's guitar riffs dominate throughout the song. In the second half of the album we got more traditional AOR songs. Specially tracks 8,9,10 which are the highlights for me. The last song "Children" is a beautiful ballad where Jim's voice is driven by the sound of a piano and ends with a great guitar solo by Borg. Track #12 is a bonus-track for Japan, another beautiful ballad but this time played accousticaly. Overall, I really liked the album. There are no fillers. Obviously some songs are better than others. What bother

[CONT]What bothered me a little was the muddy production and Jim's voice sounds a little weak for the heavier songs but the second half filled with AOR songs and ballads do stand-out.

Late arrival but i have to say that Into the Future gets my vote for the album of the year 2020. These good old boys just know how to do it and i donīt care if you call this melodic rock, hard rock or aor. Thanks for giving us great music once again, long live Alien!
