If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Shortino CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from Shortino are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

Ok Hardrock, i like some tracks: "Take My Heart And Run" "Chasing Your Dream" "Promises"(good ballad) "Great Dreamer" and "Remember You", the rest is pretty average for me. 7.8/10

Yep, this one is pretty average. Not really bad, but nothing to write home about. It's sad, but the best song by far is the cover of Bonfire's 'Take My Heart And Run'... but even that is MILES off the original. He just doesn't seem to have the same ear for a decent hook that, for example, Bonfire did when they wrote that song. I couldn't recommend this album.

I've never been a follower of Mr Shortino's career 2 be honest,i had only bought 2 albums back in the 80's where Shortino did the vocal duties(those albums were Rough Cutt ("Wants You",year 86)and Quiet Riot("S/T",year 88)wich were the pre Rough Cutt departure to Quiet Riot and the only QR album he recorded...anyway the album starts with a really average song "Remember You" and well ussually starters aren't such dull like this one and so does songs 2,3,4 and 5...but then...things started 2 look better!!!."Side FX" makes you wonder something..then "Alone They Ride","Chasing My Dream"(nice),"Great Dreamer"(good rock song),"Take My Heart And Run (AOR and my favourite track)and the beatiful "Promises" definetely makes you see the album in a more objective way which is a good release but not to go crazy about it.Buy it but do not expect something out of this world.88/100
