I have 2 of thesene from eBay and one from a private seller. One is a CD-R, and I highly suspect that the other is (though advertised as an IMPORT).The artwork is of lesser quality than a normal cd,& the barcode is from the tape version.Be VERY aware of what you are buying. If the barcode number ends in anything but a '-2' it is NOT the original CD, but a copy (records end w/'-1', and tapes w/'-4').I honestly don't think that this was EVER released on CD - domestically OR as an import. BEWARE!

Their other albums were decent, but I could never get into this one. The songs and the production are terribly dated. A few of these songs were re-recorded for their 2nd album, with better results. Unless you're a die hard fan, skip it.

This one's hard as hell to find, luckily I have it on cassette from back in the day. Thunder And Lightning, Born Ready, Metal Generation, and Lay Down the Law are all kickass metal tracks. And Princess of Illusion is one awesome ballad which showcases Ron Keel's dynamic voice.

One of the worst album covers of the 80s... and I'll stick with the re-recorded versions of the songs that wound up on RIGHT TO ROCK. The ones they didn't re-record weren't that good anyway. I guess everyone has to start someplace...

fantastic debut for KEEL back in 84 ,a band that ruled the mid 80s metal/hard scene with that raw, straight.guitar driven commercial sound and those strong rough Ron s vocals that give much power to their sound!al the songs here are anthemic and catchy and overall this is a much underrated release ,for me one of the best of that era!a must have of course by a classy band
