Recopilatorio sin sorpresas, pero cualquier cosa en la que toque Blackmore es imprescindible. Excepto cuando sale con la impresentable Candice Night.

For any Rainbow fans may i suggest you listen to "Catch The Rainbow" A Tribute To Rainbow that is available on ebay pretty cheap. It has some great versions of Stargazer, Catch The Rainbow, I Surrender, Man On The Silver Mountain and Still I'm Sad played pretty much the same way as Rainbow did. There are a couple of others i would class as average on this album but all the above songs mentioned are worth the price alone.

Get your hands on anything Rainbow ever did, if you get the chance. These were all premiere musicians who passed through this excellent band and nothing less than perfect quality was ever put out by all of them at this stage of their career.

A nice little compilation here that shows the varied stages of Rainbow's sound throughout their career. I'm partial to the Dio era of the band (because Dio is God) but even the later, more radio friendly stuff sounds great and brings back memories. If you're curious about Rainbow this disc is a fine "starter kit"

One of THE albums that I actually grew up with even if I was born in '89. My dad bought this in 1998 and I have listened to it ever since, probably the best BEST OF from any band ever. 95/100

The band with multiple personalities. "Rising" is what got me into this band, DIO was amazing, Bonnet’s brief cup of coffee and then JLT's entry with “Difficult to Cure” and into the MTV era with “Straight Between the Eyes” and “Bent Out of Shape;” all have great moments but Blackmore’s eccentricities really held this band back. Too bad.
