From: Riki Castillo Date: March 9, 2002 at 3:58
Best Rainbow album next to LLRR, best Rainbow line-up. A real classic release from Blackmore. All songs are great! Timeless classic.

From: Kim Date: June 20, 2002 at 13:57
F A N T A S T I C CD. Look at the musicians. This is one of the best cd`s I have ever heard. The only problem is that its annoyingly short. 33Mins.??? All tracks are equally good and perhaps A Light In The Black is one of the best guitar tracks I`ve ever heard. Blackmore was GOD at that time.

From: Paterslaptappop Date: August 25, 2002 at 2:54
This one is the definitive Rainbow album. Great 70s Hard Rock that caught the spirit of Deep Purple In Rock, featuring one of the best rock drummers, Cozy Powell, with each song showing its own mood, being Stargazer the best, a fantastic 8-min dramatic song. It's a pity the album is too short

comienza la leyenda!!

From: aceofice Date: March 18, 2003 at 18:21
just listen to this album!and you'll never get bored of this magnum opus!!!

From: Emilio Date: March 20, 2003 at 14:46

From: rising power Date: March 31, 2003 at 0:11
Fantastic album. Bit short.

From: Nae Neck Date: May 17, 2003 at 19:49
Ah! Richie, this was a time when water never became an obstacle along with Ronnie James Dio, this album just simply takes you on a Journey of magic and sorcerey, Ronnie takes you to a place where only stargazers belong and if you've never stargazed well its about time you did join many others and take youself on a stargaze trip, where you wonder do you belong here or where Ronnies just taken you this will last for time, got to agree with other comments just a tad too short but still class.

From: freddy de keyze Date: June 4, 2003 at 14:30
Without any doubt this is a CLASSIC hardrock record, and every home should have one. All songs are great, but Stargazer is the best. Fantastic !

From: Chris Date: June 5, 2003 at 8:01
Agreed. Every rock fan should have this. Brilliant album.

From: angelo Date: July 16, 2003 at 18:49

From: RR-Finland Date: August 28, 2003 at 11:40
This is probably the best Rainbow album ever(or it is Long Live..). There´s six bullets in this album and they´re all killers. All time top 5 album.

From: K.K. Date: October 11, 2003 at 9:35
Najlepszy album Rainbow i ogóle jeden z najlepszych w historii hard rocka !!

From: Emilio Date: November 7, 2003 at 12:48

From: AOR freaky Date: December 15, 2003 at 12:20
Class all written over it. This is an all time classic hardrock CD ! Personally the best from Rainbow ever, athough they've made more class records !

Amazing album with a great band line-up. The last two tracks are just fantastic. Unfortunately they would only do one more good album before Blackmore changed the line-up and they becames a pop band.

From: GEORGE-ACCEPT Date: February 14, 2004 at 22:29
A LEGEND! NOTHING ELSE EX-EPIC METAL ALBUM!!! HAIL!!!

From: Dave Date: June 6, 2004 at 8:36
This is an absolute timeless classic.Recorded 28 years ago with a production that still makes it sound as good as anything today and to hear the great man Cozy Powell {R.I.P} who was without doubt one of the , if not the best Hard Rock drummer's on this planet, play on this album is amazing.A must have for every serious hard rock fan. This is only one of a few albums that scores a 10/10.

From: Glam man Date: June 8, 2004 at 1:16
Excellent keyboard works on Tarot Woman....also some kick-a** riffs of Starstruck!!! Mr. Blackmore is awesome!!

From: Big Papa K Date: June 28, 2004 at 16:08
Now this is more like it. They speed up the tempo here and come up with a 70's metal masterpiece. while all tracks are excellent, the high point would have to be "Stargazer", a "Kashmir" like epic that is Dio and Blackmore at their best. This has to be one of the most complete band ever put together. 10/10

From: CheeseStooge24 Date: July 14, 2004 at 9:45
I have to agree, this was '70's metal at it's absolute best! No doubt an all-time classic and the best Rainbow album ever! Stargazer was and still is mesmerising, just a fantastic track. Blackmore/Dio and band at their best. This was Ritchie in his element. I never got tired of this album, still stands strong today. This albim was one of those rare moments in time when everything clicks on all cylinders! An ageless classic!Gets 10/10!!! Rainbow fans email me at ps91sheltersme@aol.com

From: Propane Date: November 30, 2004 at 22:20
This one cut my body right in two and kicked it into the gutter to be run over by a freight train. Nothing more can be said about this amazing gem. 10/10!!!

LO RESUMO EN UNA SOLA PALABRA.........INMORTAL.

From: AOR freaky Date: September 12, 2005 at 11:39
Nearly thirty years old and still a milestone in hardrock ! BRILLIANT, can't repeat it enough !

From: PAUL Date: September 12, 2005 at 12:46
Brilliant is small word for this TREASURE AOR freaky.6 songs-6 PEARLS.There are no words to describe a song like "stargazer",one of the best ever together with "don't wake the lion"(MAGNUM),"telegram"(NAZARETH),"look at yourself"&"july morning"(URIAH HEEP),"child in time"(DEEP PURPLE).

From: Remastered Reason Date: January 13, 2006 at 23:04
If you want to hear what milestone rock & roll is all about, then you've hit the spot. Blackmore surely did not empty his bag by the time he left Deep Purple. This stands eye to eye with Deep Purple - "In Rock" & "Machine Head". A Classic!!!

From: juan carlos Date: June 10, 2007 at 0:50
Finalizo diciendo que "A Light in the Black" es ACOJONANTE!! GEMA DEL HARDROCK. 10/10

From: underworld king Date: November 7, 2009 at 23:55
My favorite Rainbow album! Dio and Blackmore can do no wrong on this release. Tarot Woman, Stargazer and A Light In The Black are killer cuts.

From: underworld king Date: May 18, 2010 at 22:14
