hi David, the sound is a mix between early Van Halen, Red Dawn, Aerosmith and Led Zeppelin...if you like these bands this is for you. Are there no keyboards like Skandinavian bands, but pure melodic hard rock ala early House Of Lords. Byez, W.

Recomendado. 8/10

Hola! "Gloria" is the english cover of the italian mega hit single. The song "Gloria" sold tons of millions of copies! This is one the finest italian melodic rock release, ok, i'm italian, but please list better the arrangements, the melodies and the guitar's work...there are a lot of the better major italian musicians involved in this project. This was not a poor, low-budget release. "Bloody Mission" and "What about" are near the perfect.

Very impressive ! This is a real gem and definitely deserves to be reissued. Unfortunately I only have a CDR, but this is still better than nothing. My faves are "Gimme Money", "Gloria" and "What about".

One of the best AOR CDs I have heard in years!! Fans of European school of AOR( NOT SCANDINAVIAN) will have their ears in blossom after they listen to this magnificient gem: top-notch production, great songwriting; ultra catchy melodies with multi-layered background choruses, crisp-clean guitar riffs and the list goes on and on and on....This CD has everything an AOR release should have! You might find some songs musically repetative at times especially ( Gloria, Bloody Mission)-but give it a chance and it will REALLY grow on you. the CD will appeal to fans of Amaze Me, Vice, Sweet Lips, Black Rose, Monro, Fisk, etc....Absolutely a MUST!

Some comments over here are plain rubbish...House of Lords???? Led Zeppelin???? No keyboards?????? Oh please...are we really listening to the same album???? This is more like poppy AOR full of keys with some atmosphairic songs. Quite good vocals (for an Italian I mean, there's still some accent). Absolutely not hard rock, most songs almost have no rhythm guitars...no riffs (Gotta lotta and the awful Monkey Lady are the exception to that rule). How could that thin production be top notch???? Almost no album from a country like Italy with little AOR tradition and market could get a top notch production these years...I really can't understand why some people must be so missleading...The two openers are some of the worst stuff I ever heard. The songs improve a little from that point, just to the average level. What about seems like the best song to me, quite decent I must say (I especially like the KEYBOARD RIFF!!!) Anyway...Avoid by any means!!!!

Wow, Charlie! That is not a very welcoming remarks to potential trade friends. But unfortunately, we don't do our trading transactions here. We do it at the Message Board. Why don't you be a member try your arrogance there?

Decent italian AOR band...nice songs indeed but probably it lacks of a real "punch"...that's my appreciation about it...voice pretty good and that makes the songs appealing...best ones 4 me are "Rock'N'Roll(I Feel So)","Give Me Money"(catchy),"Gloria"(a very good cover of the fantastic Laura Branigan),"Gotta Lotta Love"(rocks),"Don't You Tease Me,Girl" & "What About"...85/100
