Southern Rock is one of the greatest genres of music, however not many bands are putting on new southern rock, until now! The Road Dawgs hit a home run with Fire on the Highway. Resurecting the sounds of the late 70's mixing it with a modern twist. This is one CD I do not forget when I am traveling down the highway. Songs like Soft Tail or Good Times are great cruising music. If you like Lynyrd Skynyrd or Molly Hatchet, you will love the Road Dawgs. |

I agree with the post above. This album really brings back great southern rock. Whenever in the mood for some good ol southern rock n roll THIS is the album that is thrown into my CD changer. |

Looks interesting. I love southern rock, but tend to prefer it with a little of a harder edge than some of what's out there. Interesting side note: I see the dude's last name is Mobley. I'm told that Yankees pronounce it "Mobe-ley," and southerners pronounce it "Mob-Ley." Thought I'd mention it. |
