Brilliant 10/10.I love album "Human Stain" this is like a Human Stain ver.2 little progish. but superb and brilliant.

Phantastic mixture of Rainbow, Deep Purple and Uriah Heep. No big surprise as lead vocalist and songwriter Doogie White is one of the ex frontmen of Rainbow. The other songwriter S. Mogensen (bass) is an ex member of Royal Hunt, which you can hear as well. Probably artistically and technically the most mature Cornerstone release out of them all. Highly recommended !!

Pretty solid release here with a distinct classic sound like Swazi says...Deep Purple, Rainbow, Uriah Heep, Whitesnake, & even a little Dio for good measure. I've heard Doogie White in Rainbow & he was never one of my favorite singers for them for some reason but now with this release, he certainly has delivered that classic Dio style voice. Me thinks Cornerstone have evolved into the contemporary Rainbow.

More of the same. Fans of the band will obviously love this, but not being a HUGE fan of the previous discs, this one acutally left me really bored. I think the band is good and they're extremely consistent, but that may be their downfall. Like Ten, you can pretty much predict every track before it even starts. This is good for what it is, but very safe too. Not for me personally.

Good album & 100% agree with you Geoff more of the same is the word, asi es seņores mas de lo mismo el album es bueno pero el estilo es actual y la verdad para mis gustos no me dicen mucho si es que tuviera esa atmosfera 80's otra seria la historia pero este nada de nada y asi hay muchos albums actuales buenos pero de alli no pasan ya que terminas de escuchar el album y te olvidas ya que no te deja huella y ese es el problema "estilo y sonido actual sin esa Magia que haga recordartelo" 7.5/10

Personally, I really dig Cornerstone. That being said, I felt the last cd was a bit of a let down. With this release, they've brought back their "A" game. Everyone is in top form and the songs are just better. I don't think they will ever top "Arrival" but this is still an excellent batch of tunes. A modern Rainbow is a good comparison, but hey, I'm a grizzled bastard that loves Rainbow. Total class.
