If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Freak Kitchen CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from Freak Kitchen are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

Great debut album from Mr. virtuosity himself: Mathias Eklundh! The European equivalent to Steve Vai...Amazing guitar sounds without goin' over the edge...The album contains both soft melodic material & harder Metallica-sounding songs...Produced by Torben Schmidt from Danish act Skagarack...

I just heard a few tracks off some of their CD's and they have a very broad sound to them. All rooted around one hell of a guitar player. This guy can play damn near anything and any style. Off this CD, I personally like Blind, Raw and the hilarious tune Healthy Man

I would have to agree,Mathias is awesome.Thier other releases were let downs as far as I am concerned. Mathias also plays on Fates Scratch n Sniff,I think his best work to date

Great debut from Mattias IA Eklund, (the best guitarrist in the planet)

Why is Christer and Björn mentioned as musicians here?? They didn't play on the first 4 Freak Kitchen albums. It was Christian Grönlund on bass and Joakim Sjöberg on drums. Besides that, Freak Kitchen is a fantastic band! Mattias is probably the best guitarist there ever was!

Awesome lyrics (hilarious at times), very original arrangements and some wonderful melodies. Overall, a very aquired taste and certainly not for all... even devout fans of Fate's brilliant 'Scratch n' sniff', but this is really quite good. Just f*cking odd.

Go here to listen to short clips of any of the releases... http://www.freakkitchen.com/downloads/audio.html#appetizer
