The only album I ever bought just because the cover looked good. Luckily the cd showed to be brilliant and is one of my favorited. Highly recommendable.

Great artwork.................

From: Blue Tequila Date: August 4, 2002 at 21:58
This is a great album and the cover ain't half bad. Look In Her Eyes, Stage Fright, and the title track are my favs. A nice album to have along on a roadtrip.

From: RichieRocker Date: August 12, 2002 at 18:52
I would buy this album just for the cover!!

From: freddy de keyze Date: August 25, 2002 at 10:10
This is the second best CD of my all time faves, Legs Diamond. Their debut is even slightly better, but also this one is a real CLASSIC ! Listen to Stage Fright (also on their debut) and City Streets and you will NEVER been heard better pure hardrock with class. And the keyboards are fantastic, bombastic, powerfull. These who so you can't rock hard with keys should listen to this gem ! AN ABSOLUTE MUST AND THEIR DEBUT EVEN SO !!!! I' m not kidding you, but this is the greatest band ever !!!

From: nitrodoll Date: August 25, 2002 at 11:28
the insertcover is hanging on my wall...i never really liked this band but i can't like em all... c ya

From: b casarin MEX Date: October 19, 2002 at 17:21
sorry, but i prefer the albums out of bail and land of the gun both are more melodic in a middle 80's cheers from mexico cabrones!

From: Metalhead Date: March 7, 2003 at 14:27
The album started out very strong but didn't hold up to the energy. With the first two songs, I thought I hit a jockpot here but after that the band sounded like they got tired of playing.

From: freddy de keyze Date: May 14, 2003 at 17:42
Metalhead : listen to song number three 'Stage fright', is that not powerful ? For me : the best hardrocksong EVER !!! Heavy, melodic, keys, guitars, you have it all here ! And the rest is also bloody good. After their debut 'Legs Diamond', best ALBUM EVER, this is their second strongest release. Number ONE band for me, nobody beats the MIGHTY LEGS !!!

From: JOURNEY Date: June 4, 2003 at 15:51
Hey Freddy de Keyze, are you forgetting 'out on bail'?? It is a masterpiece!!!!

From: freddy de keyze Date: June 4, 2003 at 19:22
Certainly not, Journey, it's indeed also a great album, but I like their first most. But, Legs is the band for me. Can't wait till the new CD is out (is in the pipeline, Journey !)!!! Only Fire Power leaves me a bit disappointed. But the rest is from another planet !!!

From: anamal Date: July 31, 2003 at 19:22

From: AOR freaky Date: November 24, 2003 at 5:25
Anamal, you're right, mate ! These guys should have been SUPERSTARS ! For me, they are THE BEST BAND EVER !, and their first is an ALL TIME CLASSIC !, like you say ! People that miss this, you don't know what you miss, people ! This is a brilliant band, with breathtaking songs ! A MUST !

From: Scandinavia Date: January 11, 2004 at 12:21
Just picked this one up...Mostly because of the cover but it's quality hardrock as well...Hehe...They seem to wanna sound a lot like Def Leppard in some songs but others stand out with originality...8/10

From: Quartz Date: February 9, 2004 at 2:50
wow scandinavia is actually being decent to a band where the many other shitty reviews he did are shit and he bought this just for the cover? thats originality..

From: MIKE S Date: April 2, 2004 at 15:23
Saw this band in Minneapolis in 1977 w/Ted Nugent. I sat through their entire set and didn't even know who they were until I asked someone when the set was over. I was amazed at the utilization of the flute in some of their songs - an instrument I had previously only heard JETHRO TULL use. Went to the local record shop the next day & picked up the 2 LPs they had out at the time(S/T & Diamond Is A Hard Rock)and they both remain all-time favorites of mine to this day. GREAT BAND - LONG LIVE LEGS!!

From: John Date: December 9, 2004 at 10:56
I don't like this album very much, but that ass on the front cover is a piece of art!!!!

From: Geoff Date: January 13, 2005 at 4:16
LOL, I see the quality of the cover has not escaped anyone, but I'll take my place 50 places back in line and also mention the absolutely striking quality of the cover of this CD. And what do you know, it's not that bad a CD either. I think it get's a little better towards the end, but these guys write a few good songs here. Good solid hard rock, outstanding cover.

From: Rockpig! Date: February 12, 2005 at 17:50
The back cover should have been a shot of this same pose from behind. Would have sold millions regardless of the music!

From: Dean Date: February 12, 2005 at 18:06
Yeah but it have been even better on vinyl

From: Remastered Reason Date: January 18, 2006 at 22:54
There are about 3 or 4 filler songs on this disc which detracts from the overall package to be called great. Still, there are enough killer rock songs here that stand up to anything they've done previously & a near great ballad in "Never Enough Time", which sadly overly extends it's welcome, checking in at all most six minutes long. The highlights still get played regularly.

From: SangreAzulForever Date: October 5, 2006 at 13:10
For those who don´t like super classical hard rock (like me) you won´t probably like it. But wait a minute... why the hell all the above people haven´t mentioned the song "she did it for love"?? I recognise that I got this album only because I listened to that song and it really caught my attention, it is brilliant!! But unfortunately I didn´t like most of the rest, only few songs saved from my choice. But those searching for half melodic and half rocking is a good mixture. 6.5/10

Hey pacifista! "Mis" es mucho, tu pupi hernan está mejor, hablas de paz? pues parece que quieres Guerra de nuevo? mejor te tranquilizas Figurita. Sobre este disco, coincido con lo que dice SangreAzulForever mas no en la puntuación. "She Did It For Love" es la mejor sin dudas, "Stage Fright" "Never Enough Time" "I Am For You" y "Nervous" tambien buenas.

From: juan carlos Date: October 9, 2007 at 9:47
Saludos y a tu correo "Figura".

From: Rafo Phoenix Date: October 9, 2007 at 11:00

From: Rafo Phoenix Date: October 9, 2007 at 11:05

From: Rafo Phoenix Date: October 9, 2007 at 11:15

Cool album cover and a nice return to form.

From: shark attack Date: August 10, 2008 at 10:14
Clunky hard rock with one foot firmly in the 70`s, LEGS DIAMOND upgrade their image for a smouldering leather and bubble perm look but forget to do the same with their music, resulting in a pleasant if dated smorgasbord of sounds ranging from DEEP PURPLE,early WHITESNAKE and mid period GREAT WHITE. Have to give the band top marks though for the dumb but fun picture that graces my CD(that's where hair metal went wrong, not enough hot chicks in varying states of undress on the front cover!!)57/100

From: rick kerch vzla Date: May 23, 2009 at 19:26
"Out On Bail","Land Of The Gun" & this one "Town Bad Girl" are the essential Legs Diamond albums to have at least in my personal point of view.Good songs such as the opener "Town Bad Girl","City Streets","Never Enough Time"(beautiful ballad),"Look In Her Eyes" and "She Did It For Love"(both songs with an AOR touch)are kinda highlights of the album but every song is worth if you are objective.Rick sandford deserved 2 be recognize as one of the greatest Hard Rock/AOR vocalist of all time but he still remains in the shadows of ignorance..shamely 4 a great frontman and vocalist.the album?..95/100

From: MHR Date: December 31, 2010 at 7:30
not bad

From: underworld king Date: September 21, 2014 at 8:30
Another great album by this band. As time goes on without anymore new releases in sight I go back through the old albums and enjoy the tunes. This cd was a good start for the band to reignite the fire from the earlier days with a more contemporary late 80's hard rock sound while remaining true to their roots.

From: hair metal again Date: October 24, 2024 at 1:10
superb album for LEGS DIAMOND back in 90 giving a more updated sound to their mid 80 s hard rock music with amazing performance and songwriting!all the songs have the hooks and the choruses that make them stand out !"she did it for love","stagefright","never enough time","cant get you out of my mind" and "town bad girl" are excellent songs indeed!a must have from a great band
