I can run out of superlatives on this one. Cadillac Bratz should have been one of the biggest bands of the early 90's if there were any "justice" in the world. One of the best, simply...

From: Metal 4 Ever Date: August 22, 2003 at 14:39
I agree, I did not expect much from this cd but, after one listen I was hooked. I only wish they could have been around long enough for a second album.

From: TIM Date: August 22, 2003 at 14:45
I've always been told this was crap and after going to their homepage and listening I agree.

From: anamal Date: August 22, 2003 at 18:27
mediocre stuff at best..not what it is hyped to be.....

From: tomcat Date: August 23, 2003 at 3:40
A decade ago, i bought this disc..i loved it...i can imagine people hearing it nowadays for the first time and thinking 'nah', not good. Anyhow, i love this cd...from the cool artwork to the spoken intro on 'diamond disease', i'll will cherish this cd 4ever... glad i have them

From: ERIK Date: August 24, 2003 at 7:39
Hey Tim! What homepage did you go to? The one linked above? In that case, the songs you heard was not from Cadillac Bratz, but from the singers new band. This record is far from crap - I promise you!!!

From: SeducedByMetal Date: October 29, 2003 at 9:32
i really enjoy cd....specially "don't be afraid"...another 1 off these cd's very difficult to obtain...the car looks like the car from the game maniac mansion on c64...lol...

From: Studboy Date: November 3, 2003 at 23:16
I would agree with everyone else, this is a great CD if you can get your hands on it.

From: SPAZ Date: December 8, 2003 at 13:59

These guys were great. I am 29 years old now. But when i was 15 me and a friend of mine met these guys (chris and spaz) at the fair in vero beach, florida. After the concert they took time to ride rides with us, and they even called us. Their music rocked and they were so cool. I will always remember them. I wish they could have went further then they did.

From: Chris Date: January 28, 2004 at 3:17
Back in the 80's I helped promote and back the Bratz. This was a GREAT C.D. If you can get one I know you will enjoy it. It's to bad that this band didn't get the backing of local radio stations. With a few breaks this band could have gone a long way. Great talent. Spaz,Wade and Joey were all top shelf. Spaz and Wade have now formed SWS and they are still making people get off seats and rock!!.

From: Jim Detroit Date: March 31, 2004 at 20:41
Didnt like them as Cadillac Kidz and dont like them as Cadillac Bratz.

From: SHERYL Date: June 24, 2004 at 23:10
lOOK, EVERYONE KNOWS THAT THE Cadillac Bratz were a bunch of talented musicians that had great original music but the real truth is Joey Cotoia was the show and when he sang "Enter Sandman" the crowd went wild. I want To have Joey Cotoia's baby.

From: Fire Girl Date: June 24, 2004 at 23:14
I think spaz is awesome and I'd love to give Wade head. When spaz eats he should wipe has mouth and not talk with food in it. Spaz your a spaz and a pig but I love you.

From: INSTINKT Date: December 31, 2004 at 12:09
I actually saw this band in concert as the intro-band for Don Dokken in Florida's Powerstation back in the early 90's. The band was very impressive live so I bought their casette tape and have loved the songs ever since. This band definitely had potential. I would have enjoyed a second album.

From: Geoff Date: January 20, 2005 at 2:43
This is a good 80's hard rock album with a killer track in 'Diamond disease'. Once again I have a hard time coping with a price tag of almost $90.00, but I'm delighted with my CDR and it'll stay that way. Good, but not great album.

From: z4roxx Date: January 20, 2005 at 21:38
I find this band really great! Not awesome production(poor drums and maybe guitar sounds ext.)but...If you like Twisted Sister I think this one of the best indie pressed(okay, few quantity as ever ahahaha!!)on cd.Tracks like"Pybum (Put Your Body Under Me)","Don't Be Afraid..","Diamond Disease"blow me away!Maybe the true gem song on it is"Down Dirty Detroit"(what an original and kick ass track!).That's obviously my personal and simple comment...

From: Ice CreamGirlz Date: November 4, 2005 at 20:36
Another good indy. I really loved the first track....as well as all of the cd. Very good piece of hard rock here...very good driving music. 10/10

From: aMetalhead1966 Date: January 27, 2006 at 13:36
Not a bad release,I don't care for the singers voice though...I don't think this ground-breaking.....It is kind of poppy...

From: Delbert Date: January 30, 2006 at 14:39
This is a melodic hard rock/glam CD, very melodic with catchy songs. They are in the vein of HARLOT'S WEBB, SYRE and T.O. JOKER.

From: metalmaniac777 Date: February 16, 2006 at 14:46
Not quite the cadillac of hair-metal indies, but better than most. There's some killer songs on here ("Diamond Disease" & "PYBUM") as well as some fillers. The band knows how to lock onto a good hook and spin a chorus that sticks with you. If you're not expecting this to be equivalent to the second coming of Christ, then you should find plenty to enjoy. But aside from the aforementioned tracks, this one likely won't blow you out of the car seat, so there's no need to fasten your seatbelt...

From: girapolli Date: May 31, 2007 at 14:15
agree with anamal and geoff...this one is good but nothing to do with other great indie release even less famous...twisted sister clones and to weak sounding to my tastes....7,5 (8,5 for the cover art and the look) hehehe

From: girapolli Date: May 31, 2007 at 14:16
heheheheh just read what wrote metalmaniac777 that's 100% true!

From: z4roxx Date: June 3, 2007 at 5:38
Ahaha sto morendo d'infarto....prima dicevi capolavoro, ora perchè il booklet ha delle pieghe forse è diventato average...eeehhh dovevamo andare a vedere i Suffocation ahahahaha!

From: charlie sexton Date: July 20, 2008 at 6:30

From: Grinch Date: October 26, 2008 at 5:52
Good album.only 8 songs but they are all very good.production is not so good.they had a lot of potential and its a shame they didnt make it big

From: rbrigade Date: January 15, 2009 at 20:11
Way better than many rare items on this site. Twisted Sister all the way and I like it! Great vocals. Production could be better but who cares when the bands rocking!

From: rockhardrock Date: April 9, 2009 at 17:58
far from being great album, but very good rare album, one of the best i've heard till now. the weakness is the production on this album, which should have been a lot better. my fav. songs: Don't Be Afraid of the dark, Diamond Disease, Hurt So Long and Down Dirty Detroit.

From: 20gunsalute Date: September 3, 2009 at 20:20
This started off good, and just kind of got a little poppy for my tastes later in the album. Overall not a bad effort, taking into account the production and everything. Nothing essential, but seeing how it's not easy to find it might be worth getting if you run across it

From: curt-i Date: October 18, 2009 at 11:16
The band is back together!!!!!!!!!!!!!!For one show only!!!! The Cadillac Bratz Reunion Show!!!! Sat. Oct.24th @ the Lyric Theater in Stuart,Fl.. Doors open @ 7pm show 8pm... Parasite a KISS Tribute Band Opening!!!

From: rick kerch vzla Date: August 14, 2011 at 21:29
Glam with some pop feel but little IMHO...vocalist is not that bad or the album isn't that "crap" as some stated above,in fact this is a decent release with the essential ingredients to be considered GOOD ....my fave tracks are the opening one "Pybum","Diamond Disease"(good AOR feel),"Hurt So Long"(nice piano ballad),"Over E-Z's"(rocks),"Down Dirty Detroit"(catchy) & "Drivin'"(rocks)...a mater of tastes i guess...88/100

From: hair metal again Date: April 30, 2019 at 8:19
once again Geoff hits the spot with this one!very good but not great release for CADILLAC BRATZ , a band the delivers commercial hard rock music and they remind me of STRANGER along with the softer TWISTED SISTER stuff maybe!good overall with songs like "diamond disease" and "p.y.b.u.m." but cant find any real thrilling hooks !ommended of course
