"I´d Die For You" y "The Other Side" son las clásicas lentas de Michael Bormann/Jaded Heart, buenas baladas.

Too many ballads and midtempos for my taste, but excelent quality overall, ans superb voice. I enjoy it very much.

Hmmm, not too sure what I think of this one. Definately nowhere near as good as the debut album. The opener is an enjoyable track, the next 2 songs are obvious fillers and 'Crazy' is the first track I really dig. The rest is all pretty good, but dare I say we've heard it all before on previous Jaded Heart discs? 'The other side' is another fave, as is 'Deserve it', even if I don't understand the message of the song. Overall, it's another good album but I think it could have been a lot better.

It's impressive to me, that as many projects that Michael Bormann has delivered this year, that all the projects have delivered as well. This one is no exception. It is very laid back in mood and melody for the most part, but the monster opener "Do You Like It", deserves it's chant of "Hell Yes I Do!". Nice riffage in that one. Overall, good stuff. If you liked the first one, more than likely, you will enjoy this one as well.

Great album with some great midtempo tracks. Michael Bormann is in fine shape as always.

Geoff, It's amazing how similar our views of bands are but this is one that I have to disagree with. I think that this is a tremendous disc. Yes, we've heard a lot of it before as far as chord progressions and harmonies.....but that NEVER gets old if you like it. I do and is what I love about Hard Rock. Keep giving me this stuff Michael!

From: the rocker Date: May 18, 2008 at 19:57
i've liked everything that michael has done , including this. as stated above, nothing new here. but also stated above, if you like that kind of thing then it never gets old, and i like it. heard samples of his new solo for 2008 and it sound awesome.

I'm a big fans of Michael Bormann...he has high quality vocal and could sing to any kind style of rock, especially for ballad's songs..yes it's too much ballad here...but still i really enjoy to hear one of the greatest voice of rock to playing music here! my rate 80/100

From: Mr Nice Guy Date: May 25, 2009 at 15:59
even though so much ballads here,,maybe only "I'd for you" the most beautiful ballads in this cd..But the most i really love to hear repeated again and again to the Bormann's ballads are : "CAROLINE (charade), NEVERENDING LOVE (Letter X), ON THE RISE-WAY BACK HOME-LOVE IS MAGIC (jaded heart), and GO GOING GONE-SORRY IS ALL I CAN SAY (his solo albums)"..try to listen in! and you'll fly away! hahaha

From: AndyCODE Date: May 29, 2009 at 16:07

excellent release for RAIN that i didnt expect to be that good to be honest!all the songs have stong melodies and the hooks are all over ,plus the production and the musicianship are very professional!of course Michael s voice is stealing the show and it seems that he s capable of writing a fine hard rock song anytime!"insobriety","crazy" and "the other side" are sensational songs indeed!essential
