2 Weeks Into the 2024 Heavy Harmonies Donation Drive

Two weeks in (1/3 of the way through) and we've raised 17% of covering the site's annual out-of-pocket expenses, which is down a bit from where we were at this point last year. The drive will run through October 31, details over on the Heavy Harmonies Forum.

Every donation helps, no matter how small. If you use the site or forum and find them useful, please consider helping out!

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Tygers Of Pan Tang CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. From: Dave Jones Date: February 12, 2004 at 12:06
Methinks hng is not being honest. This could be the best cd the band have done. It combines the best of old and new. excellant.

From: CC Date: February 19, 2004 at 20:38
Really good album & the last track "3 in a bed" is pure Roth era Van Halen!

From: Kragglett Date: February 27, 2004 at 12:49
Right 'across the board' album tho remains rockin throughout. Fave trax: Boomerang, Master of Illusion, Running Mann, Cybernation. I agree with Dave - its prob the best album they've done. Also got their new 'Visions from Cathouse' DVD and was well impressed.

Hey! Here it is. NWOBHM is back. It sounds a little more modern, but whats the hell! straight guitar, crystal singer and very good compositions! BUY!

From: GlenRavine Date: March 14, 2004 at 15:11
This is by far their finest hour - totally impressed. Very well done - kinda surprised. Straight ahead guitar driver rock.

From: Kragglett Date: April 19, 2004 at 7:24
Woah!! Just seen them live this weekend at the 'Celtic Warriors Fest'(Godmanchester) megga bash. Blew me away! Brilliantly revamped back-catalogue material mixed with a good few off this new album...wicked...rockin...be there...

Seems strange that quite a few reviews across the web about this album mention that there is no 'booklet' as such. Sorry...but I got an excellent booklet with my copy, complete with lyrics, credits and photos??

From: Metal T Date: February 28, 2007 at 14:03
When did "Tygers Of Pan Tang" become "Legion Of Fat,Balding Guys"? If there were 8 more songs like "Bad,Bad Kitty" and "Three In A Bed" we'd be getting somewhere.Ive heard Wicks' on their live album and he actually does the old material quite well.Plenty of lung, but the songwriting here is horrible.

From: rick kerch vzla Date: May 6, 2007 at 15:53
What da hell happened here???.This ain't the powerful TOPT i used to know!!!.I mean the album is not utterly crap like some comments said but it doesn't have the power of their old stuff. To mention a song that caught my attention i would be lying to ya but c'omon guys let's give them the benefit of the age!!(jajaja).A shame...coz they're a not a bad band.6/10

From: rick kerch vzla Date: October 31, 2011 at 20:30
Listening to this album again(thought more people have commented about it but no )...well as i wrote way back in 2007 this ain't what we can call the typical TOPT sound(some songs have a Uriah Heep atmosphere which is good but the Tygers don't need 2 do that because they are pretty original by themselves)...anyway about the tracks "Boomerang","Highspeed Highway Superman","Bad Bad Kitty" & "Running Man" are the ones that somehow(and not extremely)caught my attention...recommended???...up to you guys...65/100
