Occassionaly an album comes along that just has that 'WOW' factor. This has everything.Great playing, tight production and superb songs. It took me over half an hour to get past the first track 'Waiting For You'. This has got to be one of the best tracks of it's type i have heard in years. laid back verse and a BLOODY HUGE chorus .Kimmo Blom (Urban Tale) is in fine form and special mention must go to Sakari Salli, who's keys are phenomenal throughout. AOR don't get better than this period |

These guys tried for 2 years to get a contract deal here in Finland+one record company in Holland.Radio stations didn't play their music because "it didn't fit into their profile".That is how much the music on this site is appreciated in Finland... |

The tracks are all varied, but they are so classy, and catchy to listen to. For starters, you can get off on the chorus to 'Waiting For You', sublime stuff, or the acoustic/electric mesmerie of 'I'll Be Your Shelter'. One of my fave tracks is the upbeat 'Masters Of Your Mind', with its strident guitar lines and modern keyboard runs. |

Forget Urban Tale works(even if their debut is a great one),that's an awesome aor cd and one of the best from Scandinavia in the last years.Killer aor,the style is indeed identical to Urban Tale but all tracks are superb and catchy.Top aor from Finland,a marvellous surprise.... |

what to read here?? "forget urban tale works"?? what a great joke!! this heartplay cd is imo a bit overrated. offers decent melodic rock, but not the same level as the 2nd Urban Tale, which is for sure weaker than their 1st release. worth buying but not a must. 7/10 |
From: z4roxx | Date: August 21, 2006 at 15:20 |
I can say it’s one of the best melodick release ever heard from Finland, much more great than both Urban Tale cds’who I consider too much into Journey style(who I hate ahahahah) and I think it’s a must for me.I’ve received only 2 days ago the other release who I’ll hear in the next days…..If you love this kind of aor I think the best release is the last Final Frontier cd,I don t know when R.Moratti has learn to sing in that way, boh???? |

At times Kimmo Blom sounds remarkably like Glen Shorrock of the Little River Band! |

I prefer the Urban Tale debut than this a bit overrated album. "Masters of your Mind" is my fav track. Very Good Album. 8.5/10 |

What a glorious album this is. It's AOR with a prog flavour, extraordinary songwriting off the beaten path, very inventive. The band consists of excellent musicians too, with special mention for the keyboard wizzard. And you have to love the very typical voice of Kimmo Blom, I happen to like it very much. He would be an excellent frontman for Journey . |
