The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Elegy CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Can't believe there's no comments on this killer release...Normally I'm not into prog. stuff at all but this album sweeped me away. Brilliant melodies combined with top class musicianship. On some tracks the prog. influneces are too much but the first 4 tracks are damn close to perfection. It was really nice to hear a band with the right roots back in 95...

You have right...first 4 track are terrific...but the rest is for me a little average...but this 4 tracks are definately enough for me to buy the album...

My fave is 'Always with You', which is a bit more straight, than the others.

GREAT CD 87/100 MELODIC PROG METAL with SHRED guitar solo and high pitch vocals ! One of the best CD from that great band ,maybe darkest than the '94 "supremacy" ALBUM it was the last recording with Eduard HOVINGA later with PRIME TIME and with his HUGE solo band MOTHER OF SIN ("apathy" in 2005) The musicianship is very high but the prod.it's not top notch maybe a little muddy but if you like VIRTUOSITY and PROG METAL that's for you !

Very good release for ELEGY in the mid 90 s offering a commercial euro power metal sound with high pitch vocals and many hooks !the band is very solid and the songs flow in fine way!"under god s naked eye",'everything","clean up your act" and "lost " are great songs indeed!good stuff
