What? This CD isn't from 1990? It's a live CD form the "Erase The Slate" tour.

This cd and video were one of the best I have ever seen and heard. I have all of Dokken's videos and albums and this one definately stood out. Great Job on this one!!

Stick with BEAST FROM THE EAST if you want a live Dokken album. The setlist here is good, but the production is very weak. Also, Don's voice is completely blown out by the last few tracks. The closing version of "In My Dreams" is painful to listen to.

I have the dvd version and i think it's pretty cool stuff. Reb Beach is a great guitar player. I saw him a month ago kick ass with whitesnake. He is just a fucking great guitar player.

If you already own Beast From the East, this isn't really essential unless you just wanna hear the 3 newer songs live(Erase the Slate,Maddest Hatter, & Too High to Fly)OR if you wanna hear Reb Beach doing the older stuff. A good live effort, but probably more for Dokken fanatics than the casual fan.

OK, we've got this live album, BEAST FROM THE EAST, the live acoustic CD (ONE LIVE NIGHT) and now Dokken has just released a live album recorded in Japan in 1995... how many freakin' live albums does one band need?

Short set list, great audio, great playing by Beach on Kiss of death, but I prefer Beast From The East

aqui queda demostrado, Lynch es mucho Lynch aunque lo sustituya un gran guitarrista como Reb Beach, si lo comparo con Beast from the east es una absoluta cagada, a este disco 6/10 al Beast from the east 10/10,(el mejor directo de todos los tiempos)

this is also perfect.reb beach does the job in his own way and the rest of the band is in great condition.as a big fan of dokken i would say that the "beast from the east "live remains unbeatable.highlight of this performance the "its not love".superb

Pretty DVD & CD release...nice shots(classics and new ones of that stage)...Beach here joined the main man and gave an extraordinaire guitar execution, plus with Brown and Pilson on board as well...what else can i say???...85/100

Love Dokken, hate this album. It is so rough sounding that it’s hard to get into. Reb Beach is awesome and Dokken is known for its clean sound; vocals are really "tired." Beast From the East is better, although obviously without "newer" stuff.
