We're 2 weeks in and the annual donation drive has reached 25% of the goal of covering site costs for the year. Thanks to all who have donated so far. The drive will run through October 31, details over on the Heavy Harmonies Forum.
Every donation helps, no matter how small. If you can't afford $20 for the year, give $10. If you can't afford $10, give $5. It's just once a year and keeps the lights on.

If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.
The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Alliance CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.
EPs and CD-singles from Alliance are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

Well, it's about time that someone writes something about this great band. Their first was pretty good, but this is even a lot better ! With Berry on vocals and Fitzgerald on keys, you can't go wrong and what they have to offer is well crafted AOR ! Certainly a band to check out and I've heard a third one is in the pipeline, but it seems to take a lot of time !

You only have to listen to the first song "I'd give anything" once and you will be singing it for weeks after. This is the precedent set for the rest of the album, and it is an album that will have you mesmerized with it's perfect harmonies, precise guitar leads, subtle keyboards and beautifully timed rhythms. A truly inspiring piece of work.

BUENO SOLO TUVE LA OPORTUNIDAD DE ESCUCHAR EL PRIMER TEMA I'd Give Anything , Y BUENO COMO DICE EL AMIGO Rycheage, QUE LOS DEMAS CORTES SON SIMILARES A ESTE ENTONCES EL PRIMER ALBUM NO TIENE COMPARACION. BUENO HABRA QUE CONSEGUIR EL ALBUM Y SACAR MEJORES CONCLUSIONES. PERO EL PRIMER ALBUM SI QUE ES MUY BUENO.

Unlike AOR Freaky, I find this one to be a disappointment after the excellent debut. Only 3 tracks kept me interested out of the 12. They returned to form with the recent "Road to Heaven".

Hard to get a grip on. Listened many times and dont know what to think. First song is good but then we havent got a really strong song until number 6, Young Blood, which is really good, uptempo, big keybord, powerful chorus. Production is okey but still weak enough to take notice of it. This is mainly critics to the drum sound. For example, the acoustic guitarr on Call Of The Wild sounds perfect, and there is nothing wrong with the voice of Berry, neither in production nor his technique.

Ummm sorry AOR Freaky but actually this is a step down in Alliance's career if you compare it with the first self titled release of the band...even though it has some fine moments such as "I'd Give Anything"(catchy),"Missing Piece","Building Wisdom From The Wounds","Young Blood","Gotta Find That Woman" & "Do It For Free"...at the end, just a decent record...80/100

Young Blood is a superb track. The rest has almost nothing to offer accept maybe two songs that are okey.
