excellent disc actually...my faves are "stand it", "long lost love", "where my life leeds me to" and some others too...They remind me sometimes of "bonfire", the german band..the only thing i don't get is the intro of the song "drinking alone"...wtf is this? Nice indie release

All I know about it is that Joe Joe Weekend (horrible name, both "Joe Joe" and "Weekend") was in the '80's, L.A. incarnation of The Godz.

very good release for STONEWALL WEEKEND offering a nice commercial hard rock sound without being cheesy with many good songs even though the musicianship isnt of the highest level !it seems they do have a strong songwriting ability with a big variety of songs from rockers to mid tempos to ballads!"where my life leads me to","drinkin' alone"and 'our love" are fine songs!recommended
