| THIS FILM AND ALBUM ARE THE BEST OF ALL TIME. THEY CAPTURED THE ESSENCE OF EARLY HAIR BAND NONSENSE TO A TEE. IT ACTUALLY GIVES US A FAIRLY FACTUAL GLIMPSE INTO INNER BAND POLITICS, IF YOU CAN BELIEVE THAT. THERE ARE SO MANY ONE LINERS THAT ARE FANTASTIC, WE COULD BE HERE FOR WEEKS.

If you've seen the movie all you have to do is look at the album cover and start laughing. I remember the band opening the new shipment of records and trying to reason amongst themselves the deep meanings hidden behind the all black cover.  "Stonehenge" is a great song..."Oh how they danced, the little people of Stonehenge!"

| This album is hilarious. Spinal Tap mimmick the metal sound of the time and pull it off better than most. From cheesy fantasy metal ("Stonehenge"), to bad cock rockers ("Sex Farm"), to a song played with three bass guitars ("Big Bottom"). 10/10

| My dad was a touring musician in the 80s (He was the drummer for The Drifters from '84 to '91) and he can confirm that being on the road is actually alot closer to what this film portrays than you might think...

| Not a bad album. The songs' music and lyrics are intentionally bad and are funny because of it (Heavy Duty's guitar solo and the end bit to Stonehenge being examples) but Tonight I'm Gonna Rock You Tonight, Hell Hole and Big Bottom are great songs. 85/100

| I would kill to get the "Smell the Glove" album with the banned cover, lol! All great metal bands should have at least one album cover banned by feminists.
