If this album is anything like his other cds' -guitar players will love it.He sounds a little like Coverdale when he sings.

From: Jenni Date: November 7, 2003 at 3:54
He looks like Howard Stern! Haha

This one disappointed me a bit...Sounds like Mr. Coverdale no. 2 is trying to "slow down" here...

This second Album isnīt much good as the first,itīs much AOR than the first.....and his voice isnīt very similar to David Coverdale...it has nothing to do with D.Coverdale...his voice is just like a mix of Ted Poley and Jani Lane(R.I.P)!!

This album is the ham and cheese of the sandwich ...is between the marvellous debut "An Axe To Grind" of 1990 and the even more, and for me personally, the best Tamplin's effort up to date "Tamplin" of 1993..."Stand Up","Stay By My Side","Come And Save Me"(AORish) & "Heart And Soul" are my faves...recommended...86/100

I also thought of David Coverdale first having listened to some of his songs.

Don't hear David Coverdale but more Gary Hughes of Ten. It's a good hard rock album with only the instrumental "Midnight 'n Peru" disappointing. "Hard times comin'" & "Heart & Soul" are cracking rockers.
