The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Consequence takes back the sound of Burden but manages to retain some of the rawness and the heavy of Delusions, while not surpassing Burden of Truth this one certainly lives up to the expectations this band have come to assure us of each and every release. Zak should be applauded for continuing to wave the traditional metal flag whilst all the while sounding fresh and interesting... Following in the footsteps of the masterpiece that was Burden, Consequence too is a semi concept album however this one doesn't really engage in the same way, although that's more down to the story not jumping out at you and again the songs standing on their own. The title track is genius, another classy Circle II add to the list, the heavy Episodes of Mania and Redemption hark back to Delusions & plenty more good times here. Highlight however must be Take Back Yesterday with its big time chorus and magnificent melodic solo straight outta the 80's... Brilliant! Another fine release, a thumbs up 85%
