Anyone expecting the to find the same bombastic hard rock of the follow up album In Your Face may well be severely disappointed by this release. But that's not to detract from the fact that this is an excellent rock album which comes across as a mix of Roadmaster, maybe some Aviary even Russia it's that 70's rock feel before all the guitars were set to shred max or widdly heaven! Well crafted songs are all over the place and some are so catchy Ain't No Way to Be is a prime example with it's ace keyboard intro and punchy delivery ... superb. The real bonus are the live tracks which really are a nice treat for any long time followers of the band. |

This is excellent and by far my fave of the TKO discs. Very different to 'In Your Face' as Nick states, but no less enjoyable for it. Very pompy and the band references mentioned above are right on the money. Quirky, pompy, off the wall in spots, but hugely enjoyable and a nice remaster done by Divebomb to round it all off. Excellent |

excellent rock debut by TKO back in 79!imagine a blend of CHEAP TRICK,THE WHO,ALICE COOPER &HEART with quite rockin attitude and groove and well done songs!Brad s vocs are unique and to some may be strange ,but he was the frontman and the mane attraction!"what in a world","let it roll" ,"aint no way to be" and "rock n roll again" are the highlights of a pretty rockin release |
