If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Halestorm CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from Halestorm are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

Great little covers ep, with a nice mix of influences on it. The opening Skid Row cover was the first song I heard from it, and was totally blown away that Lzzy was able to totally do justice to the song, considering its power and that Sebs vocals were always some of the strongest of his era. The Lady Gaga cover is pure genius, and sits up there with Jaded Hearts version of Paid my dues as being a perfect example of a rock band taking a pop song, and making it their own. While not a fan of Temple of the Dog or grunge as a whole, I dont mind this one too much. Its quite melodic, which is unusual for a grunge song. Out ta get me is another one like Slave that surprised me how good it was, with the only thing I dont like in it being the guitar solo towards the end. The Heart cover is pretty faithful to the original, albeit a little bit heavier. Its no surprise though as Nancy Wilson is defo someone who I have heard in Lzzy's vocal style sometimes. The Beatles song does nothing for me tho.

Best get this one while you can as there are only 5000 copies out there. They had to stop producing it as Axl told them they could not use the GNR song so they had to stop production of the album. I have 2 signed copies So if you find one hold on to it. Slave to Grind and Out Ta Get Me are the standouts here! Lzzy has a great voice for those tunes and the Lady Gaga tune is definetly better than the original. One of the better cover EP's I have heard.

Lzzy has a better voice than most male "modern hard rock" singers. Unlike the dudes, she doesn't always try to sound so goddamn EARNEST when she sings, and doesn't do that weird huffing-and-puffing thing so many of the guys do (what is UP with that?! I don't wanna hear you breathe, I wanna hear you SING!) Anyway, as such, Halestorm are one of the better bands in this style, and here's a nice little treat for the fans. Of course, the two standouts for me are "Slave To The Grind' and especially "Out Ta Get Me." Lzzy sounds REAL good on the GnR cover. I was disappointed by her take on "Hunger Strike," though, a song I really like, just not this version. The Heart cover is just okay, and I don't care about the other two.

metalmastermusic. Not sure where you got your information from, but Halestorm have not to my knowledge been told to stop using Out to get me, as its still readily available as a downloadable track from the likes of Amazon and iTunes. If they were told to stop using it, it would not be exclusive to CD copies. The CD was never readily available anyway, so was only released as a limited run anyway (I am sure the only place it was available to buy was the Atlantic website). Its certainly a rarity, but Axl has nothing to do with its limited availability.

CC this information is direct from the band. tehy are to not sell anymore of this disc as it violated copyright held by Mr Rose. He halted all production of this album for any future use. What was pressed is all there is. Its limited pressing was directly because of this.

Well they have recently said they have a few physical copies left, and were selling them at shows, so once again, the story really has no truth to it. If this was the case, none of the GNR tribute CDs would be in print either. I'd like to see the story where they claim this, as nothing I have seen has shown any indication of Axl being able to sue them. The CD was never sposed to be anything more than a limited edition, and the downloadable version is still available, which would also be under the same copyright, so the CD makes no difference
