|Pretty lame stuff.

|Agree with TIM. I was very disappointed with this one. Songs are bland and lifeless except for "You'll Never Know". He remade that one for his PURE S.E.X. album with better results.

|so who am i? i say that because i have to hear his first weak tune...i got all his stuff and i believe his music (with adam bomb and with get animal) belongs to the most underrated in rockhistory, but hey, who am i again, some pretty blonde vegetarian punk from belgium.. keep it up little johnny rocketblast and your new album rocks by the way firstname.lastname@example.org SHAKE THE EARTH

| This is a real bad record, if you want to prove what i say try. The song "i want my heavy metal" is ridiculus. "Shape of the world" is the only decent song, especialy for the guitar of Jimmy Crespo.

|Damn, I totally disagree, I think this cd kicks maximum ass. SST starts things off in fine fashion and I Want My Heavy Metal and Shape of the World are just great anthemic hard rockers. Take Me In and It's A Bust are also solid as well. I actually met him last summer and he's really cool and down to earth.

|Self absorbed, self promoting poseur...AVOID!

|Note the AC/DC Cliff Williams bass player participation...

|This ain't the original cover but anyway this sucks big time...Totally wannabe Jon Bon Jovi persona...Nothing original here & just another attempt to make big bucks on commercial hard rock of that time..

|Adam Bomb's direction veered from all out metal ('I Want My Heavy Metal') to power ballad mode ('You'll Never Know'). It's not consistent all the way, but there are significant highlights to earn its status as a collectors item.

|This cd roxx!!!!!!!!! no bullshit!!!!!!!!

|The track "I Want My Heavy Metal" is a rock classic. However, after that there's not much to speak of other than "Shape." I think the stuff he's recently released is much better material.

|People who do not get this album did not feel what was going on at the time. This guy had a hand in a lot of cool stuff that went on in the mid 80s, including Aerosmith's legendary Live Classics and Brad Sinsell's TKO, as well as Black and Blue. I think this album has it all, from the balls out rock n roll of SST, to the cookie Its a Bust, a great cover version and songs from the heart. The only weak point for me is Prime Evil. This mans music went downhill from this point in my opinion.

|Sorry Andy I just don't agree with that-his earlier stuff just had no identity of it's own. Where his last few albums actually are pretty cool because he gave up on trying to "make it" and ended up belting out some pretty cool tunes. I don't think this dude will ever quit playing because he's perservered(sic) through quite a bit of shit and never really seen a payoff. Gotta give him props for that.

|SST and Shape are really good rockin songs and shows off Adam's songwriting and musical talents! This guy has had an unfair ride! perhaps one day he'll get what he's been after!

|Hi Dudes! I regret this curt discussion on Adam Bombs music. As a guitar player myself I can only add: the riffs on "take me in" plus "shape of the world" really kick ass - what a blast! Same perfect range as Rattīs "lay it down" or Stage Dollīs "heart to heart". Not forgetting Adamīs unique solid rock voice. Show some respect folks!

|The list isn't complete fellas, it misses 5 albums. Before we start trashing this dude, we should have all the albums listed. I just heard some songs, and he's not THAT bad as you guys make him out to be. There are far more worse acts out there today than this guy, and he's going to support Hanoi Rocks on their tour of Europe, and I can't wait to see both of them live

|Man, Adam Bomb is cool... lay off. You talk crap about "I Want My Heavy Metal".... well, listen to Sammy Hagar's "Heavy Metal", cause it's in the same vein. "SST" rocks too... think of it in context of what was out at the time-This guy should have been huge! Compare it to the Poison debut, which came out a year later. Adam Bomb was a better singer/guitar player and had a better band. Honestly, vocally he can compete with some of the best of his era-He's better than whiny-ass Vince Neil any day.

|Gee, haven't heard this guy's name in years... back in '85 or so when this album was released I responded to an ad in Circus magazine (remember that?) for a "FREE SAMPLE" of Adam Bomb's "I Want My Heavy Metal." I waited probably three months for that damn thing to arrive in the mail and when it did, it was one of those cheap clear plastic "flexi-disc" 45s that never played right on my old turntable. Ahhh, memories.

|Pretty decent album by AB...a kind of an iconic character that still rocks nowadays and always been under that category of "underground musician" even though he has tried real hard and somehow has done it to be on the spot of the media...in here he counted with some great and talented musicians in the shape of Jimmy Crespo(Aerosmith fame)& Cliff Williams(AC/DC fame)...about the songs, some goodies being "Shape Of The World" the hit single of it,"Take Me In" & "Russian Roulette" both of an AORish feel,"Edge Of A Dream"(B/T and with some Aerosmith atmosphere, wonder why),"All's Fair In Rock 'N' Roll"(B/T),"SST","I Want My Heavy Metal" & "Fatal Attraction"(rocks!)my faves...enjoyable stuff...86/100
