With this many big names, you can't possibly go wrong. It's worth the price alone just to see Schon and Rolie together again. Dan Huff and Carlos Santana are bonuses as well.

Please note that "Gringo" is the original LP title, but the Point Music cd release (which has a slightly different cover: a black frame with red handprints was added) was instead entitled "The Hands Of Time". By the way, this one went on Ebay for about $64 several days ago.

INTERESANTE. 7/10

Excellent album. All nine tracks are winners, but the opening track 'The Hands of Time' is an all time classic song. Other highlights include 'Dont Wanna Be Alone Tonight', 'I Will Get To You'and the awesome Schon/Santana guitar duel on 'Fire At Night'. An all time classic album. 9/10.

A lot better than his debut album..."The Hands Of Time" is an excellent opening track along with "Don't Wanna Be Alone Tonight","Talk Talk" has a very cool beat,"Too Late Too Late" is catchy,"Fire At Night" is a great song with a very interesting guitar work,in fact is like listening to a Santana song(is not coincidence that Rolie was a member of Santana back in the 70's along with Neal Schon that also played in this album and of course with the main man also in here,i mean Santana)and "I Wil get To You" is my favourite song,a very nice AOR song..an album plagued by great guest musicians like Dan Huff,Vinnie Colaiuta,Nathan East along with Scho and Santana mad this album a jewel...89/100

"Don't Wanna Be Alone Tonight" is one of the greatest AOR songs EVER! Magical keyboards and chorus! Cheers Gregg!

A wonderful melodic Hi -tech album...... well produced too. One of my all time fave Hi Tech bands get a track covered here..The Arrows (Canadian version)"talk talk"..so Rolie clearly knows his Hi tech onions!! One of the better exponents of my fave genre....which was big at the time...... Buy or Die
