If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Y and T CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. EPs and CD-singles from Y and T are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

I wish I could find this on CD. This has the best version of Rescue me on it.

Maybe one of the best sounding live albums of all time...

Makes you wish it were a two-disc set, don't it?? :-) Long live Y&T!!!!

Hard to find. Got it on tape. Not that great. Buy the studio albums!

From: holyroller Date: February 29, 2004 at 11:35
Only complaint I had with this one is that it was too short! Eight songs, one of which is a studio track that appeared on another album released the same year? What were A&M thinking? Should have at least put "Mean Streak" and "Don't Stop Runnin'" on here.

From: stoney1 Date: April 23, 2004 at 15:05
I agree...one of the best live albums of all time. The only song that seems out of place is "Summertime Girls". The other 7 ROCK. Best version of "Rescue Me" ever...also, great versions of "Barroom Boogie" & "Go For The Throat". Buy It Now!!!!

This album is kind of sad, as it reminds you that the glory years of the band have come and gone. Hearing classics such as "Open Fire", "Rescue Me", and "Forever" sound great in the live setting, but then hearing new tune "Go For The Throat" shows you how much the band's quality has slipped. Very good quality recording, but too short. 6/10

From: Uuiolli Date: August 5, 2004 at 17:38
Don't know why they put out live records like this. With a back-catalogue like Y&T has, they could easily have had twenty-something songs without the same studioversion of Summertime Girls with Down For the Count. If I Remember this record came out before DFTC though.

From: Nico - France Date: October 19, 2004 at 7:32
Y&T was such a great band with very good songs. But on this records, versions of their hits (Open Fire, Forever, Believe in U ...) suck !! And they put studio versions of FM songs : pffffff, what a Pity ! If you want good Y&T records, buy the first ones.

Just picked up the limited edition (5000) re-issue of this one. Great live album, although a little on the short side. The re-issue adds 2 tracks namely 'Black Tiger' and 'Summertime Girls' both live versions which add greatly to the original tracklisting. The packaging is nice aswell - LP style sleeve.

Very good mid 80's live Y&T release...it was hard to find back then but now u can find this marvellous CD elsewhere or at least in most places...it contains the studio version(as a bonus???) of the band's great hit single "Summertime Girls",which is a blast of a song IMO...the live songs are just Y&T's style of performing them...with pure energy!!!...87/100

excellent live release for Y&T in the mid 80s capturing the band in its best times and that shows in the power of their sound and performance!flawless from start to finish ,a classic of the genre
