This is not AOR. More westcoast. Produced by David Foster. A very good record.

ESTE SEÑOR FUE UNO DE LOS QUE PUSO LA VOZ A LA BANDA SONORA DEL "FANTASMA DEL PARAISO" SOLO POR ESO MERECE MIS RESPETOS Y APARTE EN ESTE ALBUM SE INCLUYE DOS CLASICOS DEL AOR COMO SON "IT NEVER CLOSSED MY MIND" Y" YOU OUGHTA KNOW BY NOW"

This is great record. Very much in style of (a more rockier version of)Toto, Airplay, David Roberts(-"all dressed up") and Fee Waybill(-"read my lips"). Also check out The Babys' cover "isn't it time?".8,5/10

From: victordeaor Date: October 25, 2005 at 11:13
si señor!!!, un discazo impresionante de Westcoast, pero con unos parametros mas roqueros a los habituales en este genero. Si tienes la oportunidad pillatelo, al menos para mi ha sido una gran adquisicion. Un saludo desde barna.

One of the lesser well known Westcoast discs I'd say, but no lesser quality than alot of the big names of the time. Once again, you don't get a lineup of musos like that for no reason. Lukather, the Porcaro boys, David Foster, Champlin etc the list goes on. Not quite up to the David Roberts disc of a very similar style, but not far off and one that you will find a hell of a lot cheaper. Westcoast fans, buy with confidence, you will love it.

Great album. Strong vocals. It's Ray Kennedy who was on MSG back then, so count on it. Backed up by virtuosos like David Foster, Steve Lukather, Jeff Porcaro, and others. If you love Westcoast/AOR in it's true form, you won't be dissapointed. My faves are You Ought To Know By Now, Just For The Moments, Isn't It Time (also sung by The Babys), It Never Crossed My Mind.
