| this is what i would consider a decent cd...it is offical indie release...kinda like triple x & crystal roxx in my mind...has little taste's of glam style...best track for me is 'push and squeeze'...havent seen it much anywhere so if you find it yeah its worth a listen.... rob

| Hailing from Indiana *I believe* and Rock on the Rise Allumi, this band released this EP to fanfare from the underground fans of hard rock. This is the quintessential Indie piece..complete with great vocals...great guitar tone and sound and some nice BGV's!! The songs are excellent...and any fan of 80's styled hard rock will love this band. Sadly, the singer Jack Adams succumbed to cancer at a very early age. This piece is worth it's weight in gold. Do yourself a favor and find yourself a copy!!

| I believe they were from the Chicago area(I could be wrong)...check out www.chicagorocker.com for some cool pics of SGT. ROXX and other hair/glam bands from that era. BTW...the 'Push & Squeeze' ep is very good...'Why'd you Lie' & the ballad 'Don't Cry' are my favs..also, they have some demos from 1987 that are IMO better than the ep...even do a cover of Bon Jovi's 'In & Out Of Love' ...........RANDY

| Yep, these guys bring a lot to the table with this release. I've got their demos too, but like this better, not bad production for such an indie, but the demos are great too, heck everything these guys touched is cool. Talented Band. At times I can hear hints of Emergency or Lancia even, say a mix, with that definite late 80's/early 90's attitude/glam HR sound. This is one of those indies that makes you forget it's an indie in a sense that it's so good that you don't consider it an indie because

| of how much better it is than many and most major label releases with all the backing and big production costs... Other bands I've thought of to compare these guys with would be a more ballsy version of Theatre say, or in the style of Rock Boulevard (although the voices vary, I'm talking mostly stylewise, even though both vocalists are great). This one gets a 10 from me, as I have really grown fond of these guys' High-Octane Rockin' Sound. RECOMMENDED.

| After reading my review it sounded as if Jack Adams had passed away. I just wanted to let you know that he did not die from Cancer...but he is fine now and actually in a band called Monkey Cocktail. And on a side note....one track on the cd 'Why'd You Lie' was written by Jon Ster of Stiff and Lillian Axe fame.

| This is an excellent indie release, probably one of the best out there. They have a great sound and I'm surprised they never got signed to a major label. I have their demos also and love their cover of Bon Jovi's In And Out Of Love. I'd give it a 9 out of 10.

| Have to admit this one has grown on me. 'Why'd You Lie' is my fav. but I enjoy it all. Kind of reminded me of Noize Toys in places- another band that took time for me to get into. I find myself pulling this out quite a bit here lately.

| I own this cd, and the information states they are from Valparaiso, Indiana! I'm generally not very impressed by most indie cds in this style...but this one's an absolute killer! Dynamite Lillian Axe meets early Bon Jovi as described a bit by others above! Well worth getting!

| I love this album!! this was something that i spread this all over my neighborhood in 1992 when i got it from my uncle in chesterton indiana. this is the ultimate love album for me. the funniest thing is i don't have any of their music anymore because all of my old buddies have the old tape and claim they never stole mine (bitches!!!!)thats how I came across wherever I'm at now. litlwng369@hotmail.com

| In case anybody was wondering where one of these CDs turned up, I was the one who auctioned off the one that was recently on ebay. A friend of mine found it in a CD store in Lafayette, IN a few years ago. Since that is just a short trip on I65 from Valparaiso, it is safe to say that this thing was only released locally. Anyway, we both liked it, too, but decided to see what it could do on the bay, after making copies for ourselves. We auctioned off that one in addition to a Theatre, a Schoolboy

| Yeah, it's been said before-they are midwest boys, I seen 'em plenty of times here in Chicago (in fact-I thought they were from here) but Valpo isn't too far so that would explain it. They rocked back in the day, when me and my buddies would go to the Thirsty Whale every Friday and Saturday night to see what cool band was jamming. | Have to throw my hat into the ring on this one...just won a copy off ebay a while back & this cd is one of those rare indies that actually lives up to all the hype. Stellar production & kick ass songs...the cd leaves you wanting more of the same. Too bad there's only 6 songs...WAY too short.

| with all the comments that where made about this cd I'm just another person that would have to agree with them all. If you don't have this cd in your collection you should try to get it. has the early glam and sleaze sound of the late 80's. shame they did not make it big.

| Excellent Sleaze/Hard Rock. If you can track this one down it is well worth having in your collection. This cd beats the hell out of a lot of the other over rated indie cd's out there. Turn it up LOUD! Rated 8/10.

| i use to live across the street from jack adams in indiana and he and my dad became good friends till he moved and he actually gave him the real cd as well as cd's from when they were monkey cocktail they broke up dec 07 but the sound is excellent very lucky to have met him

| If you are a diehard-fan/collector of Sleazy HardRock Indie-albums youŽll definately enjoy this one more than me. This is an indie EP but iŽm not impressed at all, Good/Ok but not great IMO. 7.5/10

Very pleasant HR/Sleaze mini album!...good songs and overall with quality!...indie bands sometimes rule better than established ones! .."All You Need" what a way 2 start!,excellent,"Why'd You Lie" coolness is calling,"Push & Squeeze" is a highlight in here,"Don't Cry" is a pretty nice acoustic guitar ballad track and "Million Dollar Girls" rocks 4 us just excellent!...good voice,good musicians..go 4 it!.87/100...
