I don't like this one at all. it sounds NOTHING like the second album and has this incredibly unique production sound that makes all the songs sound echoed and flat. The only thing i can compare the production to is The Cult's Love, it has that AOR-meets-goth thing going... not quite my thing. In fact, Love is the only thing I can use a reference point here... only nowhere near as good. Get the second album instead - which incidentally sounds like The Cult's Electric! |

Have mercy for making someone listening to this album. While I was listening to this all I could think of was "this guy used to be in the Sex Pistols?". Man, what a poser. 1/10 |

I thought the "MIAMI VICE II" soundtrack was listed here -- but I was wrong. Well, so I went here to say the song "Mercy" alongside with ANDI TAYLOR's "When the rain comes down" plus the extra-cool "Lives in the balance" by JACKSON BROWNE makes that mentioned soundtrack a MUST for me. As a child I was one of the biggest MIAMI VICE fans around I guess & thanks to a replay of the old series in German TV I feel there again. Ooohhh, what great times, what a great series .. sniff .. |

Yeah it's hard to believe this guy was once a member of the Sex Pistols. The songs are quite Cult-influenced here and there but without the grace of the afformentioned."Mercy" is a good starter but the rest of the songs are normal ones. Not essential but listeneable. |

Just picked this one up. Hoped it would be better but I found it to be slow and very mellow. The title track is pretty good but after that it all sort of mushes together into a ball of mediocrity. |
