I have this one. I still can't get past the Michael Bolton vocals. It does have Bruce Kulick, which in my opinion is the best Guitar player Kiss has had in their line up. |

Before he got all "Adult Contemporary" on us, Michael Bolton was a pretty good Rocker. His stuff with Black Jack along with his first solo album is some fine rock music. |

Q CANTANTE tan Genial!!! disco normalito para uno d los mejores vocalistas d este mundo!! |

A good album, but not a classic IMHO. The material lacks the consistency of Michael Bolton's (Bolotin?'s) early solo lps. It also includes a shameless rip-off of Foreigner's "Head games" in the guise of "Love is hard to find". Probably most notable for the er..., original intro to "Welcome to the world" a fine up-tempo rocker, easily the best track on offer. |

A really good album solid with great aor songs and some classic moments well worth buying, Micheal Bolton was amazing back in this era the 2 Blackjack albums and of course his first 2 solo records why arent not on this site the 2 Micheal Bolton solo albums are superb and both rate about 9/10 this album is not quite as good as them but if you can forget what Micheal Bolton is today and think of what he was a long haired aor rocker then get his first 2 solo albums with the original covers Awesum!! |

That's right TomStavely!!!.At this point you could see the potential of Michael's voice and the good guitar player that Kulick was and is (of course not understimating the talent of Genaro&Haslip).the album?hard, strong and coherent hard rock songs good for that time.9/10 |

Listening to my old vinyl again of the album and now writing a proper comment about it...this one is much more consistent than the band's debut(having that one great songs in it as well)but in here you can hear the "maturity" the band gained...my faves are tracks 1,2(great!),3(nice ballad),6,8,9 & 10...as you can see almost the whole album got me in...shamely this was the second and last album the band recorded...86/100 |
