Aug. 20, 2025: Temporary Message Board ClosureThe company hosting the message board sprung a surprise price hike on me that would have more than tripled the monthly hosting costs, so I've been scrambling to find an alternative. I've purchased a license for self-hosting a different platform and am hiring a consultant to migrate the existing board's content (posts, user profiles, etc.). However, this means I need to shut down the message board for anywhere from 3 days to (hopefully less than) a week so the data can be migrated. While this is an expensive proposition up front, it should result in some long-term savings. The current message board will be closed down at some point this Saturday, August 23. I will post updates here. The main site (where you are reading this), will NOT be affected. -Dan |

Very good album in the vein of Robert Tepper, Mitch Malloy and similar artists. First half of the album contains killer stuff like "All We Have Is Our Dreams" (a real anthem), the delightful "One Night Like This" and the sublime "Test of Time". Soaring vocals, well written songs and obviously a classy performance from the Big Names. And don't forget "She has a rose tattoo only lovers can see..." ![]() |

Great tunes for cranking it up, with top & windows down. Have searched the net for some more JL, found the Skin Tag CD, a must have. Is some new stuff coming soon ? BUY IT !! |

I've read some good reviews about this CD, but it's simply too lite for my taste. This CD is nowhere near as good as Mitch Malloy's debut, and if you're looking for sentimental AOR with just the right amount of melodic rock tossed in for flavor, try Drive She Said's debut disc. |

None of these tunes really rocked my world, but none of them made me ill either. This is a good solid melodic rock / AOR album with some good songs on it. It really is quite decent and worth checking out for a decent price. Just good. |

All we have is our Dreams, One night like This, Under the Influence, Aint no thing but Love, Tonight i got the World, Rose Tattoo and After the Fire are excellent aor, melodic rock tunes. This album deserved a great follow up. Potential is so there. Hope to hear from JL soon again. Very nice album. 85/100 |

Yep in the vein of Mitch Malloy´s debut but i prefer Malloy´s debut. This one contains some excellent songs like "One Night Like This"My fave! "Rose Tattoo" "All We Have Is Our Dreams" and "Cool Blue", the rest is fillers imo. 8.3/10 |
