Rob has it right. Great AOR and very underrated (once again). To all people. Give lesser known bands a chance, more than once they are far better than the 'greats' as Leppard, Bon Jovi, Boston, Journey, Toto, Harem Scarem, Styx which ALL have release disappointing stuff. This is not a classic, but far better than what our dino's are offering these days !

From: freddy de keyze Date: March 31, 2003 at 7:47
Fine work again, is this all you have to do in life, man ? !

From: Rycheage Date: February 3, 2004 at 1:05
Sweeping melodic rock which brings to mind the best moments of the melodic rock genre. This is so obvious when you listen to the opening pair of tracks; 'Where Were You', and 'Show Me The Way' where the choruses are just so memorable. All in all, a solid melodic rock effort from what appears to be a band project. Hopefully they will get together and release something again in future.

Very good, consistant and melodic AOR album. This is a great CD and few tracks fail to hit the mark. Great stuff.

How I love this cd,simply amazing aor at its best, reminds me to The Storm.A great example of no fillers, and in this genre is not easy to find releases without any filler,IMO.

From: Chad Date: April 15, 2005 at 21:34
I do enjoy this album. Quite a suprise as it isn't well known or talked about. Very good AOR from beginning to end. This one really grows on you. I actually liked it from the first spin but it gets better and better with each listen. Standout tracks: Show Me the Way, Borderline and Save Me. All tracks are worthy of a listen. Check it out.

Hello....I happened to come across this page and read some of the comments (ok...all of the comments). It amazes me that people can finds things l can't. Especially this CD. To the dude that paid 99 cents for it on eBay....I paid $30.00 for it and had to order it from Germany! I'm glad you guys got some pleasure from the CD. I wanted to write some good songs that would "stick". If it stuck with the few of you, then it was a job well done. So long. PC

Wow, I just heard Phil Christian's 'No prisoner' solo album! No wonder this one is so good! This guy can write a great AOR / melodic rock tune. As for my AOR appreciation being under scrutiny, if it all sounded like 'No prisoner' (Which IMO is worlds ahead of Beau Coup or I-Ten) then we would be in business. Love it. Wonder why it's not on the site here...?

Geoff - Phil Christian is on here - Scroll down the right side column of the 'C'. Agree it's a great album.

Wow.. I didn't believe that there was good AOR music in that desert time of the second half of the 90s.. This album reminds me of BLUE TEARS and I must admit, there are two outstanding songs on here: Once more the ballads "Where were you" & "Million miles away" And what magnificient ones!! Two of the absolutely tops!! I mean the first sounding as terrifically as for example "It's love" from NO EXQUZE; the second is even more breathtaking. The rest is unfortunatly just average. 8,2/10

Classic!

From: YIRO SEVENTH Date: October 8, 2007 at 20:31

From: coverdale14 Date: January 9, 2008 at 19:33
UN ERROR LA HI-TECH AOR ES LA GRAN ALL THE WAY, CIERRA CON LA UNICA DEBIL DEL CD POR QUE NO ES AOR, SINO UN HARD ROCK SIMPLON LA SHOUT IT. PERO EN SI 9 SON DE AUTENTICA CALIDAD AL PURO ESTILO MAS AOR ENTRE 80'S Y 90'S. ES UNA LASTIMA QUE YA NO EXISTAN, ESTE TIPO DE BANDAS. LARGA VIDA AL HARD-AOR.

From: 123charpenay Date: May 29, 2009 at 16:51

hi scandi.blue tears is a fantastic mix between bon jovi and dokken.big mouth have nothing in common with these 2 legends.big mouth is a very small band who play a great and nice a o r.but the main problem is that there is 5 ballads !!on 10 tracks.my wife dominique loves this record ok she have good taste in general but for me there is too much ballads.

From: rick kerch vzla Date: May 4, 2011 at 20:55
If you like The Storm & Shooting Star("It's Not Over" era) then this band's for you!...great compositions in the mold of the AOR genre backed up with an ideal singer(Larry Leon)... my faves are "Where Were You",a killer mid tempo ballad,"Show Me The Way" is another nice ballad then "Valerie","Borderline","Without Love" & "Save Me" give us the what we want...quality!!!...highly recommended album...96/100

From: Erikk Date: July 18, 2021 at 13:38
