If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.
The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Scorpions CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.
EPs and CD-singles from Scorpions are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

This album willl always hold a special place in my heart as it was the first live album I ever bought from Woolworths of all places. An excellent reference point for the golden RCA years featuring stellar performances of all their best tracks from this era. The only down side are the appalling cover versions and Fly To The Rainbow which is just too hippy. An excellent live album and one of my personal faves-Classic!!

Whoever decided to omit 'Polar Nights' when this was remastered wants shooting. There are still some great moments, but Uli Roth's guitar work on 'Polar Nights' remains one of the greatest moments in the history of the electric guitar.

This is what introduced me to the Scorps, had to back-track immediately afterward. This is a great live album with phenominal musicianship. This is most certainly a must for the collection.

I rememer buying this one the same date I bought MSG's Live at Budokan. That's a long time ago now but both records still rock my house from day to day. Scorps Tokio Tapes is IMO one of the best live recordings ever made, pure power, wild riffs and Klaus is just screaming the hell out of his throat. The only anoying point might be their looks (dressed like cheap "toreros") That was just a joke, well no, not really a joke, but we should only listen to the music and that's just superb.

"Polar Nights" is a balls out rocker except for the singing, it takes some getting used to. Left as an instrumental, it would have been perfect. Otherwise, at the very least Klaus should have done the deed. Also, the nowhere else found on any album penned "All Night Long" begins things rather rousingly. Overall, an awesome document of early Scorps.
