If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.
The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Scorpions CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.
EPs and CD-singles from Scorpions are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

What a killer CD! One of the best greatest hits type packages ever assembled. One stop shopping for all your Scorpion needs. Only complaint: where's the brilliant "I'm Leaving You" from "Love at First Sting"? |
From: TIM | Date: October 26, 2002 at 12:08 |
I love that song too koogles. Most bands generally leave out a hit or two so you go after the original album. Even though I hate that, it is a sound strategy. |
From: TIM | Date: October 26, 2002 at 12:18 |
I'm sure you knew that already. No insult intended. We would probably do the same thing if we were in their shoes. |

I'm confused. I was never really into Scorpions, so naturally I don't know much about them or their releases. Is this some kind of box-set or a double cd set, because I have a copy of this but there's only 15 songs on it, all the songs are on this release too except for "I'm Leaving You", which are only on my copy, and the "Coast To Coast" song aren't live here. My copy was released in 1995. The Cover are exactly the same. What the hell is going on? |
From: Blue Tequila | Date: April 30, 2003 at 13:19 |
Kristian--looks like the release you have is a one disc compilation put out by EMI Music Germany. The release listed here is a 2 cd set. Hope that helps. |
From: Kristian | Date: April 30, 2003 at 15:04 |
Thanks Blue Tequila, It's strange though, that they decided to put one song (I'm Leaving You) on the release I have, and not on the 2 disc set. |
From: Blaster | Date: March 14, 2004 at 5:17 |
It's kind of an insult to not include "Another Piece Of Meat", but this 2 disc set is excellent throughout, not a weak song in the bunch, showing how consistently excellent the band was. My personal favorites are the sparse "The Zoo" and the throbbing "Passion Rules The Game", that song is so underrated and i'm glad its included on this one. |

To be a perfect "Greatest Hits" it should be included "Another Piece of Meat, im Leaving You, Crazy World and Lust or Love"...but thats ok nobodys perfect. |

El Deadly sting que yo me compré no era "mercury years", era solo un cd, pero incluia esta impresionante canción: EDGE OF TIME |

killer compilation.top class hard melodic rock.this record remind me my youth.in 1979 i was 19 and i was in germany (neustadt weinstrasse) in the french army.i had buying the tape of "lovedrive".all this year i had listen this tape many many many times.fantastic and nostalgic souvenir for me. |
From: Doghouse Reilly | Date: March 20, 2015 at 22:28 |
A great set, sure enough. All the essential tracks are here, and enough deeper cuts (lesser singles, really) to make you feel like you're not buying one of those cheap-Charlie "Super Hits"/"20th Century Masters" compilations. Really, no complaints other than Savage Amusement being unworthy of five songs (over half the album) appearing here. The two new songs are absolutely nothing special, either. |
