This album has the hit Winds Of Change this album ROCKS!!!!!!!

From: Amy Redding Date: May 17, 2001 at 19:40
Much better than their last studio effort, this one has some great rockin' songs. The ballad "Wind Of Change" is one of the best "haunters" ever written. Very good overall.

From: Dusty Date: July 10, 2001 at 17:02
Scorpions came roaring into the 90's with this awsome album every song kicks ass. Yes Winds Of Change is a great ballad because Klaus Meine has the best voice for it. acctualy he has one of the best voices of any rock band.Send Me An Angel,Hit Between The Eyes and Don't Believe Her. are killer.

From: Praquê Date: August 5, 2001 at 1:44
"Don't Believe Her", "Lust or Love", "Kicks After Six": WOW!!!

From: dokken6008 Date: April 8, 2002 at 11:37
The intro to "Tease Me Please Me". The songs "Hit Between The Eyes", "To Be With You In Heaven", "Kicks After Six" and "Send Me An Angel"----if that doesn't impress you I don't know what will. Forget goo-goo-ing and ga-ga-ing over the so-called classic 'Face The Heat' (or should I say L.A. metal Face The Heat), 'Crazy World' is one of Scorps most commercially successful records and it is ALSO 1 of their best. Instd of that pop-punk BS Cum 41, THIS should have been called "All Killer No Filler".

From: Rockforever Date: July 22, 2002 at 10:58
A great way to start the 90s for the Scorps. This is one of their best albums, and is chock full of killer tunes.Tease Me Please Me is a great opener, while other cool rockers include Don't Believe Her,Hit Between the Eyes and the title track.Wind of Change, despite being overplayed at the time,is one of their best slow burners,as is Send Me an Angel.Klaus' vocals are still great, the rhythm section is still tight and professional, while the twin axes of Matthias and Rudy still kick ur ass. Excellent.

From: Rockforever Date: July 22, 2002 at 10:59
By the way dokken6008's is right. This should have been called All Killer No Filler. Just a thought.

From: dokken6008 Date: August 9, 2002 at 6:17
Thank you very much for your aknowledgement, Rockforever. I was beginning to think that the messages I left on the Scorpions were going un-noticed or unappreciated (one of the two).

From: Steve T Date: September 15, 2002 at 11:29
This is the best Scorps album since Animal Magnetism...much better than Blackout.

From: Steve T Date: September 15, 2002 at 11:30
Not ALL killer though......Winds Of Change just plain sucks.

From: The Fizzy One Date: September 16, 2002 at 19:51
The only song I don't like here is "Money and Fame." Otherwise? THis was the first Scorps tape I ever bought, in the spring of '91. I'd been going to get Warrant. Ha! THis is my second favorite Scorps album, after Blackout. 9At least of the ones I have.)

From: Baris Date: September 17, 2002 at 3:48
This is a really strong Scorpions album, especially after the previous "Savage Amusement". I liked nearly all of the songs. "Wind Of Change" was the symbol-song of the year 1991. "Don't Believe Her", "To Be With You In Heaven", "Hit Between The Eyes" and "Crazy World" are also nice. I have to admit that the song-writing of R.Schenker is better that M.Jabs.

From: Baris Date: September 17, 2002 at 3:49
sorry, "than"......

From: nitrodoll Date: September 17, 2002 at 18:20
i don't have all the scorpions albums and i'm not planning of buying them either but this is actually a very good album..one of the best ballads in the world is on this one (winds of change) and some tunes still rock after all those years (kicks after six, don't believer her, crazy world,...) long live the scorpions nitrodoll

From: Beau Date: December 31, 2002 at 23:33
I actually think that "Savage Amusement" from 1988 was better. Never did like "Winds of Change", I take the subject matter of the song serious, but the song is just annoying... IMO sorry.

From: Hans Date: December 31, 2002 at 23:37
I agree with Beau, if I wanted to hear a bunch of whistling I would watch the Andy Griffith show on TV...

From: ROBERT Date: September 21, 2003 at 20:36
WIND OF CHANGE con una sola palabra lo describire: ACOJONANTE!!!

From: Metal Pete Date: January 8, 2004 at 19:04
Uh oh...once again, about 4 good tunes and then...Filler!? Sensed the beginning of the end here. Worth it for the 4 tracks though.

From: Elton Braga Date: March 8, 2004 at 14:50
Pretty good, I liked that one, but I see no reason from Scorpions to try to sound like a California Hard Rock band. Even this album being nice, it took a little of their personality.

From: Big Papa K Date: June 29, 2004 at 18:24
They learned their lesson from the last album as this one is much heavier. Some tracks are outstanding ("Tease Me, Please Me", "Winds Of Change", and "Don't Believe Her"). The album tracks though are pretty much just generic filler. 6/10

From: Geoff Date: September 2, 2004 at 0:11
Again, pretty average hard rock but not the worst CD I ever heard. I really like 'Don't believe her' and dare I say, it, but I still really like the 'Winds of change' tune. Pretty good CD this one.

From: rockman Date: September 6, 2004 at 7:13
'wind of change' is the most memorable song ever written in human history. But i hear it so often and it makes me bored. beside that, i like 'tease me, please me' video. Hot and sexy girl. i really want to tease her and please her, wish i had a chance.

From: Joan Date: September 10, 2004 at 16:06
Cuando parecia q empezaba el declive de una época dorada, van y sacan esta maravilla. No tengo favoritas porque todas me gustan igual.

From: Mike Date: October 21, 2004 at 3:05
"wind of change" is good, (first i'm was getting bored, but now i hate-i'm sorry...) "send me an angel" is much more better... Enuff said about this song. My favourite is "don't believe her". I like it's big catchy chorus. Great to listen while driving

From: Propane Date: December 3, 2004 at 12:35
This was yet another great one. I still haven't lost interest with this. Winds of change was weak, but I liked the rest.

From: poproxx2007 Date: January 1, 2006 at 6:23
Nobody can write a ballad like the Scorpions-but "Wind Of Change" in my opinion is they're worst one. Never liked this cd and I am huge fan of the Scorps. Dont belive her is good and Lust Of Love were the standouts here. Maybe I need to listen to it again. That Wind Of Change blew the smell of a dry fart in my direction so I always thought this was a sinker instead of one of their stingers! Corny huh? So is Tease Me Please Me so there.

From: juan carlos Date: March 3, 2006 at 21:05

From: Remastered Reason Date: February 18, 2007 at 12:18
Remember going to the record shop buying this & Deep Purple - Slaves & Masters at the same, as they came out the same week. Anyway, pretty solid release here & it still gets a spin every blue moon.

From: Darkstorm Date: March 3, 2007 at 23:27
Pretty consistent release from the scorps with my favorites being Don't Believe Her, Hit Between The Eyes, Restless Nights, Lust Or Love, and of course Wind Of Change, the only filler's are the dull midpaced Money And Fame and the boring and extremely overated Send Me An Angel

From: ANR Date: March 20, 2007 at 8:06
Cool stuff! Powerful songs, great sound and the track "Don't Believe Her" is an all time classic! 8/10

From: Rafo Phoenix Date: April 4, 2007 at 16:21

From: edwithmj Date: October 15, 2008 at 21:36
Agreed with ANR! Don't Believe Her is the best track on here. Brilliant album

From: True Believer Date: March 25, 2009 at 16:16
Scorpions in more commercial, American form. Some of the songs are Dokken inspired, but the band still has its own personality. Not as good as "Blackout" but far better than "Savage.." 8/10

From: Roxy Lipstikk Date: April 3, 2009 at 8:56

From: Doghouse Reilly Date: November 6, 2009 at 0:37
An awful lot of Scorpions fans (both of the '70's and '80's) seem to hate this record, and I don't really know why. To me, this is the first time since Blackout that the band got it all right. The songs are very melodic, but the updated production gives them a big wallop. All right, "Tease Me, Please Me" is kinda dumb, and "Wind of Change" gets a bad rap, but is a beautiful song for what it is. "Lust Or Love," "Sleepless Nights," "Hit Between The Eyes," and "Don't Believe Her" are classic Scorpions. The only song I don't really dig is 'Money and Fame." Overall, my third-favorite Scorpions album.

From: pie75 Date: August 5, 2010 at 9:20
doghouse you know your rock but this is my favourite tease me please me was dumb but amusing and cool at the same time it's classic scorps that's for sure money and fame's ok too but don't beleive her always gets me every man can relate to that

From: aorluver Date: April 1, 2011 at 17:19
Scorpions suxx but Kicks After Six is a decent rocker I must say

From: halfordhughes Date: May 16, 2011 at 13:39
their best album!!!

From: metalmaniac777 Date: October 11, 2011 at 13:37
After the lackluster "Savage Amusement," the Scorps returned with an extra-spicy sting in their sound, the sharp bite of the cranked guitars now backed by professional production polish. Sure, the endless whistling in the overrated and overplayed "Winds of Change" is annoying enough to drive a grown man crazy, but there are some really good rockers that more than compensate. Sure, Scorpions have shoveled out their fair share of dung-quality disappointments, but this album can rock my world anytime.

From: Lights Out Date: January 8, 2013 at 20:53
Crazy World is an album that injected a little more attitude and feeling of defiance into the Scorpions' sound; a harder edge than what was found on their previous album. (Savage Amusement) Like most Scorpions albums up to that date Crazy World is a good mix of rockers, half-ballads and a couple of softer ballads. Trademark Scorps rockers include the first two tracks, "Tease Me, Please Me" and "Don't Believe Her", and then there are some more attitude-injected pieces like "Kicks After Six", "Hit Between the Eyes", and the title track. The ballads include the decent but overrated "Wind of Change" and the more unheralded but superior "Send Me An Angel". Matthias is more active with the leads on this album than most others and does some good work; liked his use of the talk-box on "Money and Fame". "To Be With You in Heaven" is a well-written half-ballad, "Restless Nights" is decent but unremarkable, but "Lust or Love" is a throwaway filler. Overall a good effort and result. 77/100

From: hair metal again Date: July 29, 2013 at 3:24
everybody got a little more commercial back in the day and SCORPIONS was no exception by hiring the great Jim Vallance in songwriting and with Keith Olsen in production ,they released a great piece of commercial hard rock music!many big songs in it like "wind of change","tease me ,please me","dont believe her","send me an angel","lust or love"!essential stuff

From: 123charpenay Date: July 30, 2013 at 18:12
totally agree with hair metal again.this scorpions realise is absoluty essential.extraordinary ballads like always with scorpions(the best of the world) and sensational hard rock songs.what can i say more.this record is a must have, a jewel and scorpions an extraordinary band who will stay definitively a top class hard rock band in the history of hard rock .

From: dany69 Date: February 5, 2021 at 15:14
