Well finally this last year MASTERPIECE added to Heavy Harmonies. Some of you in the past maybe 'cut your veins' with the Shakra-Power Ride and Stellhouse lane - Slaves Of The New world but now you must prepare for the 'last shot'.The perfect marriage between Hard rock and Heavy Metal at its purest form.EUROPE...The last shrine for us,hep-cut's???...Absolutely No Alternative...

From: David Date: February 20, 2003 at 0:58
ARXONTAS, I couldn't work out what you meant in your review with the Shakra & Steelhouse Lane comparison??? Do you mean they sound similar??

From: ARXONTAS Date: February 20, 2003 at 8:50
Thats exactly my point David.Imagine a mix of them plus a little stronger metal feeling and you ll get Evidence One...Absolutely No Alternative...

From: motley Date: March 27, 2003 at 16:17
I just wanna say this is a fine cd with great vocals from Carsten. Some songs are like SHAKRA yes but I think it is a good cd.

From: ANDY Date: April 25, 2003 at 13:00
I really like these songs,GOOD production but not great,I'm not that in love with the vocals however the songs are very STRONG,imagine a cross between Frontline & Dokken & your half way there.BUY!

From: Rycheage Date: July 2, 2003 at 21:17
Strong lead vocals and harmony vocals help add melody to the tough rock sound of the album, as do the lead guitar parts and keyboard effects. But strong hooks and choruses make this a strong album from start to finish. There are changes in pace, but mostly, this is an uptempo hard rocking album.

I saw these guys live at this year Wacken festival and damn they are heavy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Awesome gig and they played helluva show! Great great

From: Scandinavia Date: August 26, 2003 at 13:00
Yeah, I'll back that up! Saw them at Wacken too (Just didn't shit my pants...Hahaha...Touche Motley!) & it rocked...A lot of Dokkenish guitars but overall a very well produced selection of "semi-prog." hardrock/melodic metal tunes...

From: vandervelde Date: October 14, 2003 at 14:08
what a great sound....this is like hardrock mixed with powermetal.....very good melodies....for me one of the best discs of 2002...maybe even first 5

From: Hrudet Date: November 30, 2003 at 22:16
From the songwriting, performance, production and track selection, this is without doubt one of the best albums of 2002. Criticize The Truth is one hell of a CD, incredibly song-oriented and addictively memorable, this one sneaks out of nowhere and under your skin. I am playing this CD a lot and it gets better with each spin. Hopefully Evidence One won’t be a one off affair as this albums leaves you begging for more.

From: Scandinavia Date: December 12, 2003 at 8:36
To Motley: Can't see why a small mind would be so terrible to waste??? ROCK'n'ROLL!!!!

Great debut! Not as good as Frontline, but better than Domain, IMO. And for me, any release with the Frontline guys just has class stamped all over it immediately. 'Different Worlds-Different Times' is awesome melodic metal, as is 'Fools Gold' and 'In the Beginning There Was Fire', whilst 'Heavy Heart Betrayed' is one of the best. There is no disguising the awesome guitar sound and everyone shines on what happens when the melodic side of Frontline combines with the metallic side of Domain.

From: mauricio Date: December 27, 2005 at 16:47

This ablum is solid but not spectacular by any means. I find myself a little bored by the middle of the album. It just all runs together. The music itself is not bad it just doesn't offer much in the way of variety. I do however like the vocals. I have not listened to the following album yet and hope that they will build off of this one. They have the talent, maybe a better producer can help them out with the mixing of the tracks to make them more appealing. 75/100
