Temporary Message Board Closure
The company hosting the message board sprung a surprise price hike on me that
would have more than tripled the monthly hosting costs, so I've been scrambling
to find an alternative. I've purchased a license for self-hosting a different
platform and am hiring a consultant to migrate the existing board's content
(posts, user profiles, etc.).
However, this means I need to shut down the message board for anywhere
from 3 days to (hopefully less than) a week so the data can be migrated.
While this is an expensive proposition up front, it should result in some
long-term savings.
The current message board will be closed down at some point this
Saturday, August 23. I will post updates here. The main site (where you are
reading this), will NOT be affected.

as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live
compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official
CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.
EPs and CD-singles from Lance Powers are also welcome to be added, as
long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

| When it rocks, Lance has TOTAL Shy "Excess All Areas" style credentials. However, too many ballads make this an uneven affair that, with a leaner running time and a better ratio of hard to soft, would have made for a more effective release. Recommended for stark raving Tony Mills fans.

| I had this one a long time ago. I thought is was pretty boring stuff. Sounded like a completely self-produced (indie)cd. Very stiff production job.5/10

| Zid...you must be smoking crack.... This is an awsome album... I saw these guys live in New Mexico back in 1999 and they rocked... I could relate to many of the lyrics of the songs on this album because they are about real life issues... I really like albums where you have a well balanced line..i mean rock numbers and nice/killer ballads...well this Lance Powers release has both!...faves tracks were,"Won't You Stay Tonight"(catchy),"I Will Follow You","Close Your Eyes"(nice ballad),"I'll Be There For You"(killer ballad),"Heaven's On Our Side","You Are The Love Of My Life"(beautiful ballad),"Baby I'm Not The One","Falling In Love Again" & "Never Thought It Would End This Way"(beautiful ballad)..pleasant voice and good compositions,period!.90/100
