Solid, quality and no frills.British A.O.R. that's straight as a die.Contains a great blend of all things melodic, and although enjoyable, doesn't break new ground. But do we want them to.???

ditto Wotty, I agree, solid all around, class and with some of the FM guys involved, this one makes it my top ten of the year, very enjoyable stuff!!!!

I can agree with both Wotty and swriter. Strong, rahter heavy AOR. Less polished than the debut. Personally I prefer the debut above this one, but it's still recommend to all AOR fans around.

Another of those albums that starts of in cracking fashion ('Burned' is a superb opener) and doesn't really go anywhere afterwards. I liked both the other COH releases (the debut especially) and this is no different, Good songs, good performances, but nothing really spectacular to make it stand out from the rest (& there are many of those). Take 3 or 4 tracks from each of the three albums so far and you would have a very fine album indeed, as this one stands it's good, competent stuff no more.

Received my copy today via hangloose records. Wotty and Swriter , you are very right , a wonderful British melodic AOR rock band , a powerful album and some great performances make this a must for fans of good meldoic rock music. Excellent album.

I have been living with this one for a month or so, and at first listen, thought it was a good one, since then, this one has really proven strong for me and I love it much more then I originally did, Burning and Farlands are a good double shot, then Desperate Heart must be one of the best ballads in a while for me, very classy song. Hold On is my fav on the disk as well as Keep on Believing, I will remember you, and the 12th song not listed on the cover, Higher then love, do not miss this one!

This one is very solid, like their others. There are probably a few more gems here than usual, but overall it's just good solid AOR/melodic rock. Consistent band, but I agree that this is not as polished as their previous releases. Still, can't go wrong with these guys.

I love this album, they did not dissapoint me. It's a grower this one too and like swriter it's juicing me up now (sorry just been listening to "don't start me up you aint got the juice" by James Christian). "Burned" is a superb song and has all the CoH hallmarks. "Never fall" is now my favourite ballad. I never thought it would beat When Loves Gets in the Way but there we go..."Remember you" is another trademark beauty and "True or dare" has a classic CoH chorus. 3 good albums a bright future!

Mis favoritas Desperate Heart,Hold On y Never Fall

Well, nice music like the other two Albums, but the voice is a little thin ! There must be a singer with a straighter voice ! 8 Points for the good music !

Muy buen AOR/MR a la Británica donde se nota la mano de Steve Overland. La producción pudo ser mejor, hay mucha melodía y eso es bueno. Mis favoritas son "Hold On" y "Burned". En otro orden "Keep on Believing" "Desperate Heart" y la balada "Higher than Love". 8.5/10

Third release and couldn't be less than the 2 previews ones...great catchy songs all over and somehow regaining the identity of the band's debut, the second release had more of a "rock" feel..."Higher Than Love" 4 me is the best cut but pretty close to it are "Burned","Farlands","Desperate Heart"(solid ballad),"Hold On","Keep On Believing"(with some nice piano parts)& "I Will Remember You" all of them of a catchy nature as i wrote a few lines above...recommended...91/100

Eight years later - doesn't look like there will be a 4th album. Which is a pity since the 3 they did record were all good ones.
