These guys rock..Im from the same town as these guys and I use to go see them play and they kicked live...they broke up years ago but had they stayed together Im sure they could have gone very far. This is a great cd..TROUBLE is a great idea of how their live shows were. wuh_wuh_wuh@yahoo.com

I didn't like this cd at all and found their style of hard rock to be very plain.

From: Rene. Date: June 15, 2003 at 16:29
I have this one on lp and i love it even if the first song of the A side is not good. The rest of the album is great HARD/HEAVY METAL the way we like it.

From: Mare Date: December 31, 2003 at 14:34

i live in the same city as these guys. i've seen almost every gig they played! never once was i disappointed! they always kicked ass. great live sound, lights& pyro!! the scariest moment? everyone in the club on stage during balls to the wall by accept! complete mayhem!!! rumor has it, the band will come together for a benefit at the penny arcade for uncle rog!! rock on!

From: figgy Date: May 1, 2004 at 17:35
I too am from the same hometown as they are.however i thought they weren't that good.i never thought they stood out

The Darkness cant hold a burnout bulb to the glam white stacks of metal these guys are.

From: Geoff Date: December 27, 2004 at 4:32
One of the most hyped and most disappoiting CDs ever recorded. There is no worse vocalist in the world (except maybe The Darkness dude) and IMO the songs are very far below average heavy metal. IMO, no hooks or melodies and despite a few decent riffs... the voice just kills everything. The average price I've seen is a lot higher than $5.38, but to be honest I would not pay even half of that for this CD. Horried, horrid stuff and I can't see the Skid Row comparisons I used to hear all about.

I have seen them live and at practice sessions. They are the best band to come out of Rochester. I seen many shows, and even though we were in a club, it felt like we were in a stadium!!! If they ever get back together, it will be the best rockin time there is!!!

From: figgy Date: March 24, 2005 at 22:43
I'm from Rochester,N.Y. too.Surprised to see them here.Saw them at the Arcade but they weren't much to brag about. The most popular song they sang was a remake of" Wild Thing".Doesn't say much.....

In the song "Def con 1" when Michael Polizzi opened his mouth with that UAAAAAAAAA!!!!!.Man i was in shock!!!!.What the hell of a shout!!!!-Great album that's all i can say.

From: z4roxx Date: February 11, 2007 at 14:03
Hey guys, this Michael Polizzi is not that kind of monster! This cd grows after some more listenings and definitely I can say that's very good hard rock/sleaze release.

From: metalalways Date: January 23, 2009 at 22:12
I have this on Cassette Tape and i'm going to try to get it on CD these guys kick some serious ass i love their version of Wild Thing but i really love Once Bitten that song just flat out rocks there are some songs on here that's not listed in the track listing So Close, White Punks On Dope which really rocks, Def Con I (Live) and Trouble (Live) (Elvis Presley Cover) which makes 16 songs not 12 get this if you can find it it's very hard to find on CD but i'm gonna find one somewhere lol.

From: metalalways Date: February 19, 2009 at 0:31
I finally found this on CD it's cool having this on CD to listen to in the car stereo cd player the CD sounds much better than the Cassette Tape this is a very rare find i got it off of www.musicstack.com it was totally worth it.

Listening to this album again...yeah the opening track "Def Con 1" is a killer on the loose track, love the shout at the beginning of it(courtesy of a good vocalist,Michael Polizzi)...another highlights of the album are "Don't Take Your Love Away"(nice ballad),"Winning Hand","Once Bitten" & "Give It All You Got"(catchy)...a good album to have,Hard Rock with some metallic dosage included...75/100

From: YNGWIEVIKING Date: May 1, 2012 at 12:59
Good CD...83/100...\m/ Upon some warm recommendations from a German friend/Fellow-collector-Buddy ,i bought this CD recently...And now i'm quite happy with my choice for this purchase ! I suppose that THE TROGGS and ELVIS fun-coversongs are a remaining stuff ,from their intensive club-circuit playing days ,the original tracks are more or less HAIR METAL with a good 'sweat & beer US METAL mix' ! I will call their style STREET METAL, somewhere between TT QUICK/SKID ROW/WIDOWMAKER/CUT THROAT...No class here but a lot of attitude ! The guitar playing is good and their singer is very engaged , same for the band who also had this wild/party/crazy attitude like an 'East-Coast VAN HALEN MetallicOffshoot' quite obvious in the last bonus live tracks !...Recommended

From: hair metal again Date: June 6, 2018 at 8:43
excellent american metal by IMMACULATE MARY back in 89 with the guitar work stealing the show ,both in riffs&leads!Man this guy he can play really good and after a few spins i assure you that you ll get into the energy and the groove of that band!"give it all you got","once bitten" and "so close" are the highlights of this little indie!recommended

From: 123charpenay Date: June 7, 2018 at 13:37
hum i hate the voice of the "singer".he don t sing,he scream.his voice is unbearable.after three songs i need some aspirin.
