The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular In and Out CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Sounds like a revved up version of Loverboy at times, Harlots Webb at other times. Maybe a bit of Britton all the same. Not a bad release, just don't expect the earth to crumble under your feet or anything.

Released in Canada on the A&M label in 1992, this CD is becoming more and more difficult to find. An excellent 5 piece melodic rock band with a strong DEF LEPPARD feel. The vocals are uncanny when comparing to the early days of DEF LEPPARD. What you get is 10 solid tracks of 80's classic style melodic rock that will surely not disappoint.

another pretty good indie in and out don't know if anybody else knows this but in and out has another release out before this one their first album in 1990 it's called emotional politics some of the songs on this album appear on emotional politics but their different versions i always wonder why emotional politics never appears on ebay. if you like their second self titled cd get their first one too.

Just found out tonight they had an EP before this. Sounds like most the songs ended up on this one, so no big loss. This is an okay one and I've been meaning to give it another listen for so long. I remember nothing really jumped out and grabbed me, but remember also that it's not that bad. Decent melodic rock and worth picking up for cheap, or a CDR.

Good Melodic Rock, buen album con algun toque AOR de estos cortes varios se encuentran en su debut el album tiene su gusto en Enough Love(el mejor de lejos por el estilo), Counting on You, Silence Leaves, I Run Away, Shanghai, Turn to You buenos temas nada grande salvo el citado el resto lo comun baladas sin gusto como deberia ser, Mario recuerdas cuando recien fuimos patas y te hice conocer 10 aņos atras Wire Train ese pedazo de corte que es "Skill Of Summer" que recuerdos ah! 7.5/10

Very good release for IN AND OUT with excellent musicianship and a fine commercial hard rockin sound that will satisfy all fans!to my ears they sound Pretty near to LILLIAN AXE 90 s era and they really offered a solid performance!"counting on you","enough love" and "never see me cry" a re the highlights
