It's that time of the year again: The annual donation drive to cover the site expenses for the year. It will run through October 31, details over on the Heavy Harmonies Forum.
Every donation helps, no matter how small. If you can't afford $20 for the year, give $10. If you can't afford $10, give $5. It's just once a year and keeps the lights on.

If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.
The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Gary Hoey CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.
EPs and CD-singles from Gary Hoey are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

Definately my favorite from Gary. The title track is my personal favorite. Hey David, you check your emails any more? Thought you went on vacation or something.

One of the few all instrumental albums that actually doesn't collect dust."Hocus Pocus" alone was reason enough to grab this one.Along with "Drive" and "Deep South Cafe"...(man he gets down on that solo-anyone who has heard that lead knows what i mean)

Great Instrumental album indeed, Gary is one of the most underrated guitar players of the world IMO.. Maybe this one is the best Gary´s album of his carreer. Animal Instinct combines many styles: Blues, Southern, Country and funky too.. Versatile folks! "Hocus Pocus" is the best song, i heard it on the radio station here (Doble 9) and reminded me of Joe Satriani at first! "Drive" is excellent too, "Motown Fever" Enjoyable track or "Bert's Lounge". Recommended. 8.8/10
