Cool #9 was the only track I remember being crazy about on this one. |

This album is more in blues so it is a little different from the other Satriani albums. Still I think it is very good. But The most dissapoing album is Engines of Creation. But zhe newest album Strange Beautiful Music is fortunately allright... |

Very bluesy, very good! This is great stuff. A little different from the rest, but certainly as goog as the others (except for "engines", wich was pure crap) |

The vocal track "Look my Way" hurts this one. The way it was recorded, it sounds like he is singing through a tin can phone. The vocals were recorded that way on purpose, but a more straightforward approach such as on the song “I Believe” would’ve made the words a bit more audible. The rest of the release is solid, though a bit softer than other recordings. I prefer other CDs around and after this recording: “Crystal Planet”, “Engines of Creation”, Strange and Beautiful”. |

I actually like that song. It certainly doesn't hurt the album, if you don't like it, just skip it... |

Anyone got Is There Love In Space? If so, please tell me your review... |

Hey KIM... The new album is excellent! By far his most consistent since CRYSTAL PLANET. It mixes elements of his previous album - STRANGE BEAUTIFUL MUSIC with his very early works - NOT OF THIS EARTH & SURFING WITH THE ALIEN. Worth the purchase price alone for the 10 minute epic "Searching". "If I Could Fly" and "Up In Flames" are also standouts. Not a weak track to be found. The Japanese import also has the very cool bonus track "Dog wWith Crown And Earing". |

yeah joe's singing on look my way was a little painful he can sing better then that it's very bluesy this one but so what aren't all the great rock bands a bit bluesy? |

not so good release for JOE SATRIANI back in 95 ,as the songs and the performance are less that his usual standard!not sure about what happened ,but this is nothing really special!i remember catching him live somewhere in the 90 s and i must say that on stage he was blowminding |
