I have no idea what these guys sound like, but "Teachers Do It with Class' has got to be one of the best ssong titles ever! Ah, my prurient, hormone-crazed high-school fantasies! Also please note, Easy Action was also the name of Jesse "15 Minutes of MTV Fame" Camp's band before he got lucky.

From: koogles Date: December 2, 2002 at 9:48
A Toto-ized Europe is the vibe I get from the KILLER opening track, "Talk of the Town". (The chorus is unforgettable!) Clean vocals, lots of keys, not that heavy... your typical 80s Scandi release. Put this puppy next to DaVinci's "Back in Business", Return's early stuff, Skagarack, Beau Geste, etc.

From: PauloFernandes Date: March 24, 2003 at 21:13
In my opinion this has WAY too much keys, hehe

From: Date: July 24, 2003 at 17:42
First I must say I LIKE keys very much, secondly to THE FIZZY ONE: What do you have such a huge fantasy for??? --By the way I hate this title (it can't be a nice song..)

From: POSERYEARS Date: September 28, 2003 at 10:04
Do you know that Kee Marcello became Europe guitarrist some years after this album?

From: Great Dane Date: September 28, 2003 at 18:43
Poser.....What do you think.??? Off course we know.

From: Andreas The Kid Date: November 13, 2003 at 22:01
HEY. Hasn't anybody heard EASY ACTION:s selftitled debut FROM -83. Swedens own Hanoi Rocks! POISON stole "We Go Rocking", and made their hit "I Want Action" KINGPIN/SHOTGUN MESSIAH-singer Zinny J.Zan did the vocals on their first, and was sacked.

From: Motley Date: December 18, 2003 at 9:37
Good old tommy, now is the swedish answer to Michael Bolton

From: Date: February 8, 2004 at 18:43
Actually the "Teachers do it with class" track is the best along the ballad "Only love". in my modest opinion. If you like cool 80s rock and not all the pure attentions of making a good Melodic hard rock/AOR album nowadays should own this one!

From: Rycheage Date: February 8, 2004 at 19:19
This is one cool album, and you look at the guys on the cover and you know this is gonna be a classy affair. However on this one, they've done the unthinkable and taken up occupation in the land of prime time hi-tech AOR, with matching images and threads to boot!

From: jetrash Date: February 11, 2004 at 1:14
the first EP was best, I thought...."number one" and "we go rockin" were awesome. never heard much after that. legend here in hollywood was that kee marcello used his new found clout upon joining Europe to persue legal action against poison for totally stealing the music to "we go rockin'" and putting their own words to it...shotgun messiah didn't do much for me....

From: jessica96fish Date: March 2, 2004 at 20:31
i liked this cd.very catchy songs.good production.if your into cool melodic rock then this is for you.

From: dreamhunter Date: July 16, 2004 at 23:28
I'm a huge fan of Europe and Kee Marcello but didn't like this one much ... the singer's voice is too bassy ... Glory(danger in this game), Treat and Da vinci are better options if you like listening to great AOR like Europe ...

From: The Dolphin Date: October 14, 2004 at 6:58
Full of keyboards and easy listening.Great Kee Marcello solos on guitar.

From: Erik Date: January 26, 2005 at 5:15
I like this one. Good melodic rock. Best songs: Talk of the town, Teachers do it with class, One in a million, Partners in crime ( great chorus !), Love reaction and Rosie. Any lover of melodic rock has to have this one in his or hers collection. Cheers

From: z4roxx Date: January 26, 2005 at 13:47
That's a great cd with some killer track.I like production and solos by Kee,a God!!But sometimes T.Nilsson sing in a strange way,If you know the italian singer"Zucchero"you can understand what I mean..BTW 8.5/10.

From: Aero Force Mike Date: January 26, 2005 at 14:01
Can't believe this is the same band who threw out a killer raw dirty sleaze debut 3 years prior. They should have changed the name when Zinny left, this isn't Easy Action - this is fluffy pop music. It's no surprise that Mercello went on to do the godawful Europe not long after this 1/10

From: Erik Date: January 27, 2005 at 4:26
Pop music Mike ? Well everybody is entitled to his opinion but if this is pop music then i figure you like madonna and britney as well. And then your posting on the wrong site.

From: NANTEAU Date: January 28, 2005 at 14:50
Go away with Britney (puke.....); I WANT EASY ACTION !! 9/10

From: The Dolphin Date: February 25, 2005 at 12:09
This is not pop music! This is scandi AOR!!!

From: Geoff Date: February 27, 2005 at 6:33
I might actually head off to bed now, and put this on as I got to sleep. Before I do I will say that I thought this was ultra-lite and a very soft AOR outing with way too many keyboards, fluffy songs and no highlights. If I do not return with a different opinion tomorrow I stand by those words. Just very soft.

From: Geoff Date: February 27, 2005 at 17:03
Okay, I return afterwards and admit that 'Code to your heart' is a very nice melodic rock tune, but I stand by my first statement. This is just too lite to me. And I sort of see where pop might come into it. It's not like modern pop, but maybe stuff back in the 80's could almost compare to this... like Roxette? Except dare I say Roxette were even "heavier"? It's nice AOR, but not my thing.

From: mauricio Date: August 17, 2005 at 13:21

From: mauricio Date: August 17, 2005 at 13:28
saturado de teclados ,obviamente tocados por KEE MARCELLO,y que manera de KEE MARCELLO en los solos de guitarra, muy buenos.yo prefiero a KEE que a JOHN NORUM en EUROPE.temas como TALK OF THE TOWN con esos teclados y el solo de kee,TEACHERS DOING WITH CLASS con la(rockmama)metiendo voces en este tema.CODE TO YOUR HEART con TOMMY NILSSON en plan MICHAEL BOLTON.la hermosa ONLY LOVE-ONE IN A MILLION-TALK TALK-PARTNERS IN CRIME son muy buenos temas LOVE REACTION-ROSSIE Y IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE lo

From: mauricio Date: August 17, 2005 at 13:29
son tambien y que decir del bonus track EYE FOR AN EYE. un gran disco de aor para no perderselo.compralo 10/10 SUPER RECOMENDADO

From: manny Date: December 25, 2006 at 13:51
Mauricio ya veo q tu post lleva ya algun tiempo, pero quiero preguntarte, ¿a que te refieres cuando hablas del bonus track EYE FORE AN EYE?, que yo sepa este es una cara b del single In The Middle Of Nowhere, y el bonus de la edicion japonesa es THERE IS A RIVER, por eso no se de que edicion está como bonus track.

From: mauricio Date: December 26, 2006 at 19:39

From: Clayton77 Date: January 7, 2007 at 7:13
This Scandi-Band with former Europe-guitarist KEE MARCELLO plays typical AOR-Melodic-Hardrock like Dalton, Talk of the Town and early Glory. My favourite Track here is "Code to your Heart"...AOR at its best!!!!

From: Pudelrockarn Date: March 4, 2007 at 12:12
This is crap. Tommy Nilsson belongs to schlager, YES, that's what this is... schlager rock. 1 out of 10.

From: Magnus Date: March 31, 2007 at 20:50
This ain't crap!:-) By far the best work from Tommy Nilsson in his career. He has an amazing voice. He's gone from a rocker to a wimp and that's sad.Just like Michael Bolton. If you like this release be sure to check out the Bam Bam Boys cd.Matti Alfonzetti have a very similar voice. And the music is similar aswell.. Only good knows what they had sounded like if Kee Marcello had said no to Europe, but then again we wouldn't have the fantastic "Out of this world" cd! ;-)So what are you waiting for

From: Magnus Date: March 31, 2007 at 20:52
Tommy and Kee? Do something creative for a change! ;-)

From: hernanHRM/AOR Date: October 31, 2007 at 16:41

From: hernanHRM/AOR Date: October 31, 2007 at 16:43

From: juan carlos Date: November 23, 2007 at 18:16
Buen album de AOR con toques Hi-Techeros. Extraño pues hay fillers que no me van como la 2,6 pero lo bueno es que hay mas temazos: "Talk of the Town" "Love Reaction" "One in a Million" "In the Middle of Nowhere" "Only Love" y "Code to Your Hart" Mis Favoritas en ese orden. "There Is A River" tema bonus en plan balada bien bueno. Cool Album como diría Rycheage. 8.8/10

From: PODEROSO YIRO Date: January 4, 2008 at 19:01
EXCELENTE MELODIC ROCK/AOR. In The Middle Of Nowhere". Mención Honorifica para "Talk Of The Town", que consigue fusionar los estilos de TOTO y EUROPE de manera genial, impresionante groove tiene este Gran corte!. BUENISIMO

From: lalo r.o.c.k. Date: July 11, 2008 at 23:15
De acuerdo con Poderoso Yiro, la primera canción TOTO meets EUROPE como dicen los de habla inglesa,Teachers Do it with class es funky,lo único q me gusta de este tema es el solo de Kee Marcello y si hablamos de buen AOR esto viene con Code to your heart, gran balada es Only love,Tommy Nilsson la canta con gran feeling,One in a million donde los coros son la marca registrada del grupo,Partners in crime(excelente ritmo de bajo),Love reaction,Rosie,In the middle...como guinda del pastel, gran disco.

From: Zoner Date: August 11, 2008 at 6:40
This is neither glam or hard rock. If you like Scandi AOR this it is. Stand out tracks are "Talk, Talk, Talk", "title track", "Partners in crime" and "Love Reaction".

From: erik Date: April 26, 2009 at 12:08
Comparing this to Roxette as some do is ofcourse total and utter bull. Talk of the Town,Teachers do it with Class, Code to your Heart,One in a Million, Partners in Crime and Love Reaction are excellent aorish light melodic rock songs. Like Zoner wrote: scandi aor. Cool stuff. 80/100

From: erik Date: April 26, 2009 at 12:09
haha yes Andrea i know Zucchero and i understand your point

From: rick kerch vzla Date: February 20, 2010 at 17:57
This was Kee Marcello's pre-Europe band...as you can listen this was more towards the pop/aor/rock style rather than what we could call true AOR..also some Hi-Tech stuff included too..surely is a nice album with a great opening song that is "Talk Of The Town" which make us, the listeners, wonder that we are about to listen to pure AOR mayhen but this is the only song that remained almost true to the genre, then track 2 "Teachers Do It With Class"(this is top notch)with that pop/funky style,"Only Love","One In A Million" and "Partners In Crime" are also outstanding ones!...the sweedish are into the vibe of making good melodic stuff that's unquestionable and Easy Action somehow contributed to with this combination of styles..Glam???...Hard Rock???...Pop,AOR,High Tech..that is..Time Gallery could be the closet band i can compare with.86/100

From: andi Date: December 25, 2010 at 11:32
absolutly trash and boring!!

From: hair metal again Date: January 29, 2011 at 1:59
excellent release by EASY ACTION with huge keys, powerful vocs and exceptional guitar work by kee !give it 2 or 3 spins and i assure you it will be so enjoyable.highlight of course the fantastic "code to your heart" and the greats "partners in crime","only love" and "talk of the town".great release

From: roxxygene Date: February 10, 2011 at 9:44
if you like AOR, this is your ticket. this is pricey.....nd very hard to find.....very very good in production.....very similar to fm, beau geste, skagarack, etc. very enjoyable.....i like it a lot.....mine is japanese copy.

From: Square Date: February 28, 2011 at 10:31
Very different in style to the first album but the song Teachers Do It With Class IS class! It still gets a spin from time to time but, as said before, hard to find and quite expensive on ebay. Surprised nobodies reissued it actually.

From: 123charpenay Date: December 18, 2018 at 13:52
very average scandi a o r limit pop.nothing extraordinary.the voice of the singer is too bassy not adapted to this king of music.

From: 123charpenay Date: December 18, 2018 at 13:54
this kind sorry.
