The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Sage CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. EPs and CD-singles from Sage are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

One of,if not THE best indie release I've ever had the pleasure of hearing. From the EXCELLENT Mr. Big style opener 'Think About Love',& out-&-out rocker 'Back Up Against the Wall' to the glam flavored 'Luv n Lust',& back around to rockers 'Get Your Party Started' & 'Dead on Arrival',this CD offers up a variety of styles that should appeal to just about any hard rock fan. While you can hear the influences from other bands of the genre,Sage have a style all their own. These guys should've been HUGE!

From: James Date: February 28, 2004 at 20:32
you hear a little Extreme, Mr. Big, Bon Jovi, Trixer and some Firehouse but it is true they have a style all their own. Very good cd.

Overrated garbage, poor production, and sloppy musicianship. Avoid at all costs. I've found these in the bargain bins in the past for cheap. To compare them to top bands like Bon Jovi, etc is a laugh.

GREAT cd and great band, i'd really recommend this to anyone into good hard rock, track 1 alone is better than A LOT of full cds out there.

Sage is average. Some good songs but some bad ones too. To me, there are better hard rock indies than this band like Friction and others. Only my opinion.

From: TO SURRF Date: September 3, 2004 at 9:59
hey surrf, funny you say that when you see these sage cds listed on your ebay auctions, the description you give is totally different to what give here, whats the matter did you happen to contact the band and get refued to the rest of the cds the band holds : )

From: Geoff Date: September 5, 2004 at 1:39
I also find this a very average indie hard rock release. Whilst it is in no way bad at all, and miles better than I was expecting (The cover made me think it was going to be some Led Zep 70's style clone band). There are a couple of good commercial / melodic rockers - just no true gems. Okay CD. I'd definately hears soundbytes before believing it the gem to be mentioned above - no offence meant to anyone.

'whats the matter did you happen to contact the band and get refued to the rest of the cds the band holds' This is almost funny, seeing as their were only 5,000 copies of this CD released and most people who are lucky enough to own one, knows how valuable a CD it is...LOL...everyone is entitled to their opinion...but to say this band is 'overrated garbage' is the opinion of someone who OBVIOUSLY has'nt any taste in music at ALL...SAGE ROCKS........!!!!!!!!!!!!!

From: Date: September 7, 2004 at 21:53
Sage is not a great band. Dude, don't know what you're smokin' but this is mediocre music. Overrated garbage is someone's view like it or not. What makes you the authority of what's good and not? The cd has sold on Ebay for about $20 on eBay. Is that valuable to you? Many other bands are sound better and have higher values than Sage. Respect everyone's taste, like it or not.

For your misinfomed, asinine comments...I will ask you to please get your information straight: edjucate yourself by visiting the website at www.geocities.com/Whiplash1972/sage. You will then see this band performed with top names like Bon Jovi, Bad Company, Peter Frampton, and many more..Although, I am NOT the authority on what is 'good', I know this band is ABOVE average than most indie bands(EVER)& this cd has sold for over $139 on eBay..ANYTHING ELSE...take it to the message board DUDE...

From: Date: January 4, 2005 at 19:13
it must hurt to hear the truth...this only went for 24 dollars on eBay the other day...people should know the truth on the real value...cheers

Ok...so what? If you're so truthful, why can't you seem to sign a name mr. anonymous? Be a man, and claim your posts.
