If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Devay CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from Devay are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

Does anyone know anything about this band or album, because the song titles sound pretty cool and so does the title of the cd?

Female-fronted AOR band from Canada. Short review on http://www.angelfire.com/ma/strutteraor/DEVAY.html

From: STEF the FRENCH Date: January 3, 2003 at 0:01
NOT BAD BUT NOT AT LEVEL COMPARED TO FEMALE FRONTED AOR BAND LIKE SARAYA , WITNESS FEMME FATALE ... NOT ESSENTIAL

From: WCZ Date: October 15, 2003 at 23:48
This is essential listening! You hear major Sandi and Janet G. in Devay's vox. The musicianship is OK, the songwriting is OK, but the vox is INCREDIBLE. This is a MUST BUY if you dig Saraya and Vixen style rock and roll.

this is one of those cds.that only a few know about.if your into lee aaron and headpins.you'll love this one.

From: Gordon Date: March 16, 2004 at 19:57
An underrated, overlooked female-fronted hard rock act from Canada. Melodic song writing, good instrumental work with tight guitar riffs, and fine vocals. For more information, the production company website is: www.tgorecords.com

what???????????????

From: Geoff Date: March 3, 2005 at 6:26
Well, this lady does actually have some good songs up her sleeve here. If you like the Alexa album odds are you'll like this one. Similar sound, similar song quality. I don't like her voice, but the songs are pretty damn good.

From: The Dolphin Date: April 12, 2005 at 5:48

From: Bryan Hughes Date: March 6, 2006 at 17:18
I'm glad you all enjoyed this CD. I enjoyed writing it producing it and playing on it. Devay's first name is Marie Clair, we called her MC. This was one of my favorite albums that I worked on. I played all the guitar solos and had a blast doing it.

From: z4roxx Date: August 12, 2007 at 10:41
This is after another listening very good with some killer tune, didn't impressed me so much after the first listening but I must admit this is a must if you like female artists...9/10!

This album is a thunder one!...pretty good stuff from start 2 finish and overall with a powerfull female singer that gives the band that edgy sound."Rock And A Hard Place","Heart Like A Gun","Save Me"(beautiful ballad) and the song that gives the album a name "Break Down The Walls" are killer ones but honestly there's not a filler in here all the songs are hugeeeee!!!.If u see it grab it at once!.95/100
